چكيده فارسي :
ﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﭘﯿﺶ ﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺑﺎﻧﮏ ﺗﺠﺎرت ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﮐﺎري آﻧﺎن در ﺳﺎل 1395 ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺒﻨﺎي ﻫﺪف از ﻧﻮع ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﺣﯿﺚ روش ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آوردن دادهﻫﺎ از ﻧﻮع ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و از ﻧﻈﺮ ﺷﯿﻮه اﺟﺮا ﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ را ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن زن و ﻣﺮد ﺑﺎﻧﮏ ﺗﺠﺎرت ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﻣﯽدﻫﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻣﺸﺘﻤﻞ ﺑﺮ 200 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺴﺘﻨﺪﮐﻪ از اﯾﻦ ﺗﻌﺪاد 114 ﻧﻔﺮ ﻣﺮد و 86 ﻧﻔﺮ زن اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﻃﺒﻘﻪاي ﻧﺴﺒﯽ زن و ﻣﺮد و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان، ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪاي ﺑﻪ اﻧﺪازه 132 ﻧﻔﺮ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ در اﺧﺘﯿﺎر آنﻫﺎ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. روش ﺟﻤﻊآوري دادهﻫﺎ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎي اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه از اﺟﺮاي ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار 21 SPSS در دو ﺑﺨﺶ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ )ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ، وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ، اﻧﺤﺮاف ﻣﻌﯿﺎر، ﺟﺪاول ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ ﻓﺮاواﻧﯽ و ﻧﻤﻮدارﻫﺎ و اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن اﻧﺠﺎم ﭘﺬﯾﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﮐﺎري و اﺑﻌﺎد آن ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺑﺎﻧﮏ ﺗﺠﺎرت ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
This study was aimed to predicting the Tejarat Bank staff’ performance based on their work life quality. The
study based on aim was applied research, in term of gathering data was descriptive and in term of
implementation was correlation. The statistical population included all Tejart bank staffs (200 persons) which of
them 114 persons were male and 84 persons were female. By using stratified sampling 132 persons were
selected as sample. Then questionnaire contributed between participations. Data gathering was based on standard
questionnaire. For data analysis SPSS 21 software in two section was used: 1. descriptive (mean, variance,
standard deviation, charts and table of frequency), 2. inferential (regression and correlation). The results showed
that work life quality and its aspects has impact on Tejarat Bank staff performance.
