چكيده فارسي :
اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻪ دﻧﺒﺎل آن اﺳﺖ ﺗﺎ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻧﮕﺮش ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺑﻪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن و آواي ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن را ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ ﮐﻨﺪ. روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ از ﺷﺎﺧﻪ ﻣﯿﺪاﻧﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺷﯿﻮه ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ و از ﻟﺤﺎظ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن اداري – ﻣﺎﻟﯽ اداره ﮐﻞ دادﮔﺴﺘﺮي اﺳﺘﺎن ﭼﻬﺎرﻣﺤﺎل و ﺑﺨﺘﯿﺎري ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺟﻤﻌﺎ 65 ﻧﻔﺮ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﮐﺮدن ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﻪ دﻟﯿﻞ در دﺳﺖ ﻧﺪاﺷﺘﻦ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ و اﻃﻼع ﻧﺪاﺷﺘﻦ از ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ ﯾﺎ ﻋﺪم ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎ از ﺟﺪول ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ 56 ﻧﻔﺮ اﺳﺖ، در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. داده ﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﻧﯿﺎز از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﻧﮕﺮش ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎنﮐﻨﺘﻮر و واﯾﺴﺒﺮگ و آواي ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن زﻫﯿﺮ و اردوﻏﺎن ﺟﻤﻊ اوري ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار SPSS اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن داد راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﺑﯿﻦ نگرش ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺑﻪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن و آواي ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن وﺟﻮد دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
This study seeks to explain the relationship between Attitude of staff and employees voice. The research method
to survey and correlation of field branch is functional in nature. The population of the research administrative
and financial staff of the Department of Justice Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province are a total of 65 persons
and also random sampling method was used in this study. To determine the sample size because of the lack of
population variance and inform the lack of success or failure of variables Morgan table was used the same 56
people. The required data through the standard questionnaire of Attitude of staff (Kantor & Weisberg) and
employee voice and (Zehir &Erdogan) be collected. To analyze the data, SPSS software was used. The results
showed a significant relationship between Attitude of staff and employee voice.
