چكيده فارسي :
روﻧﺪﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ داﻧﺶ داراي ﻣﻔﺎﻫﯿﻢ وﯾﮋه ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ و داراي ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮات ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ. اﯾـﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟـﻪ ﺑـﻪ آزمايش ﻧﻘـﺶ واﺳـﻄﻪ ي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ داﻧﺶ در راﺑﻄﻪ ي ﺑﯿﻦ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ، ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر و اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋي و ﺗـﺎﺛﯿﺮات ﺳـﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣـﯽ ﭘـﺮدازد و 100 ﻧﻔـﺮ از ﮐﺎرﮐﻨـﺎن داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻓﻨﯽ و ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي اﺳﺘﺎن ﺗﻬﺮان را در ﺑﺮﻣﯽ ﮔﯿﺮد. ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ داﻧﺶ ﺑﺮ ﻃﺒﻖ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر و اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮات ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎي داراي ﻣﻔﺎﻫﯿﻢ ﻧﻈﺮي ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ داﻧﺶ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ و ﺣﻮزه ي ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﯽ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ داﻧﺶ را ﮔﺴﺘﺮش ﻣﯽ دﻫﻨﺪ و ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﻪ اي از روﻧﺪﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻏﯿﺮ واﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﺑﻪ آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﻣﮑﺎﻧﯿﺴﻢ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﮔﺴﺘﺮده را آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﻣﯽ ﮐﻨﻨـﺪ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ داﺧﻠﯽ و ﻣﺰﯾﺖ رﻗﺎﺑﺘﯽ را ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﯽ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف، ﯾﮏ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﻧﻈﺮ روش، ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻧﻮع ارﺗﺒﺎط، ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ؛ و از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﺮاي ﺟﻤﻊ آوري داده ﻫﺎ و آزﻣﻮن ﻓﺮﺿﯿﺎت ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷـﺪ. از ﻣـﺪل ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري و ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار lisrel ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ رواﺑﻂ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﻫﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ؛ و ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸـﺎن داد ﮐـﻪ ﻣـﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ داﻧـﺶ ﺑـﺎ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮات ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ، ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﺜﺒﺘﯽ دارﻧﺪ و از ﻣﻬﻢ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ زﯾﺮ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﻫﺎي ﻣﻮﺛﺮ و ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮﮔـﺬار ﺑـﺮ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر و ﮐﺎراﯾﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﻮﺛﺮي دارﻧﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Processes of knowledge management have special concepts and organizational impacts. This paper examines the
mediating role of knowledge management in the relationship between organizational culture, structure and
strategy and organizational impacts and contains 100 employees of Technical and Professional University of
Tehran province. Knowledge management according to the results leads to impact of structure and
organizational strategy on organizational impacts. Findings have theoretical concepts related to knowledge
management and expand the area of research of knowledge management and test a set of independent
management processes to test system-wide mechanism and examine internal resources and competitive
advantage. This study is applied objectively and in terms of method is survey and in terms of type of relationship
is correlation. and a questionnaire was used to collect data and test hypotheses. Structural Equation Modeling
and Software lisrel were used to examine relationships between variables and the results showed that knowledge
management has a positive relationship with organizational impacts, organizational culture and organizational
strategy and the most important effective infrastructures and affecting the structure and organizational efficiency
have a key role.
