چكيده فارسي :
هدف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﭘﺬﯾﺮي ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ - ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ اﺳﺖ. آزﻣﻮن اﯾﻦ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ در ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺑﻨﯿﺎد ﻣﺴﺘﻀﻌﻔﺎن اﻧﻘﻼب اﺳﻼﻣﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 415 ﻧﻔﺮ ﮐﻪ از اﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺎن ﺗﻌﺪاد 199 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان و ﺑﻮﺳﯿﻠﻪ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺳﺎده اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪه، ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺟﻤﻊ آوري داده ﻫﺎ از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ (ﻫﺎرﯾﺲ ﮔﺎف، 2000) اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. رواﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺑﻬﺮه ﮔﯿﺮي از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺼﺎن ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ آن ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎد از آزﻣﻮن آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﺑﺎ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ 79/. ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﺷﺪ. آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﻧﺸﺎن دﻫﻨﺪه ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ اﯾﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮاي ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﺎ دار ﺑﻮدن اﯾﻦ ﺗﻔﺎوت از آزﻣﻮنt ﺗﮏ ﮔﺮوﻫﯽ و ﻓﺮﯾﺪﻣﻦ، اﺳﺘﻔﺎده و ﻣﻌﻨﺎ دار ﺑﻮدن آن ﺛﺎﺑﺖ ﺷﺪ و ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ اﯾﻦ (ﻋﻮامل ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻓﺮدي، ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺘﯽ، ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ و اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ) ﺑﺮ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﭘﺬﯾﺮي ﻧﺸﺎن داده ﺷﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
The present research was conducted to study the factors affecting on organization managers’ responsibility. The
research method was descriptive-survey. 415 individuals were chosen through of Mostazafan foundation of
Islamic revolution as statistical population, and 199 individuals were selected as sample population using
Cochran formula and simple random sampling method. To collect the data, Harris Gaf’s questionnaire (2000)
was used. Questionnaire validity was approved by specialists and its reliability was calculated by Cronbach’s
alpha with reliability coefficient of 0.79. Descriptive statistics indicated the mean difference of these factors, and
for significance assessment of the difference, single group t-test and Friedman test were used to prove the
significance. The effect of these factors (individual, educational, cultural, and social) was proven on
responsibility.
