Evaluate the status of changing attitude of the participants in the training courses on power consumption management

ﯾﮑﯽ از زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﮐﻪ اﻣﺮوزه در ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﺼﺮف اﻧﺮژي ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ، ﺑﺤﺚ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ ﻧﮕﺮش ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷـﺪ . از اﯾﻦ رو ﻫﺪف اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ ﻧﮕﺮش ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﮐﻨﻨﺪﮔﺎن دوره ﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﺼﺮف ﺑﺮق اﺳﺖ. ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺣﺎﺿـﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻟﺤﺎظ ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي، ﺑﻪ ﻟﺤﺎظ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و ﺑﻪ ﻟﺤﺎظ روش ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ، ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﮐﻨﻨـﺪﮔﺎن در ﮐﻼس ﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﺼﺮف ﺑﺮق ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﺑﻨﺪر ﻣﺎﻫﺸﻬﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 900 ﻧﻔـﺮ اﺳـﺖ. ﺣﺠـﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧـﻪ ﺑـﺮ اﺳـﺎس ﻓﺮﻣـ ل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان 268 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﺮآورد ﺷﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﮔﺮدآوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻘـﻖ ﺷـﺎﻣﻞ؛ 32 ﺳـﺆال در ﻗﺎﻟـﺐ ﻃﯿـﻒ 5 درﺟـﻪ اي ﻟﯿﮑﺮت از ﺧﯿﻠﯽ زﯾﺎد ﺗﺎ ﺧﯿﻠﯽ ﮐﻢ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. رواﯾﯽ ﺻﻮري و ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﻈﺮ ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن ﺑﺮرﺳـﯽ و ﺗﺄﯾﯿـﺪ ﺷﺪ. رواﯾﯽ ﺳﺎزه ﺑﻪ روش ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ اﮐﺘﺸﺎﻓﯽ ﻧﯿﺰ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ و ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ ﺷﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ از آزﻣﻮن ﺗﯽ ﺗـﮏ ﻧﻤ اي و آزﻣﻮن ﻓﺮﯾﺪﻣﻦ ﺑﺎ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار spss اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ ﻧﮕﺮش4/16 ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷـﺪ، ﻫﻤﭽﻨـﯿﻦ ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﮐﻮﭼﮑﺘﺮ از 5 درﺻﺪ و ﺗﯽ ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﺷﺪه ﺑﺰرﮔﺘﺮ از ﺗﯽ ﺟﺪول (1/96) در ﺳﻄﺢ اﻃﻤﯿﻨﺎن 95 درﺻـﺪ ﺑﺪﺳـﺖ آﻣـﺪ، ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ دورهﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﺼﺮف ﺑﺮق ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﺑﻨﺪرﻣﺎﻫﺸﻬﺮ در ﺗﻐﯿﯿـﺮ ﻧﮕـﺮش ﺷـﺮﮐﺖ ﮐﻨﻨـﺪﮔﺎن ﻧﻘـﺶ دارد. ﻋـﺪاﻟﺖ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ رﺗﺒﻪ (6/64) ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺎﯾﺮ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ رﺗﺒﻪي ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮي را دارد و از ﻣﯿـﺎن ﺳـﺎﯾﺮ ﻋﻮاﻣـﻞ ﺑﯿﺸـﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺗﻐﯿﯿـﺮ ﻧﮕـﺮش ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﮐﻨﻨﺪﮔﺎن دورهﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﺼﺮف ﺑﺮق ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﺑﻨﺪر ﻣﺎﻫﺸﻬﺮ را ﺑﻪ ﺧﻮد اﺧﺘﺼﺎص داد.

One of the areas that is currently considered by experts in energy management is the discussion of attitude change. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to investigate the changing attitudes of participants in training courses on power consumption management. The present article is descriptive in terms of purpose and in terms of method is survey. The statistical population of the study includes all participants in the training classes of power consumption management in the city of Mahshahr port as number of 900 people. The sample size was estimated equal to 268 by Cochran formula. In order to collect information, a researcher-made questionnaire including 32 questions in the form of a 5-degree Likert spectrum was used from very much up to very low. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was reviewed and approved by experts. Structural validity was performed and confirmed by exploratory factor analysis method. One-sample t-test and Friedman test with SPSS software were used to analyze the data. The results showed that the average change in attitude is equal to 4.16, and the significant level was obtained less than 5% and the t-calculated was greater than the t-table (1.96) at 95% confidence level. Therefore, training courses on power consumption management in Mahshahr port city plays a role in changing attitudes of participants. Social justice with a mean rank of (6.64) has a higher rank compared to other factors. an‎d among the other factors, was allocated the most change in attitudes of the participants in training courses of Power Consumption management in Mahshahr port.
