The Effect of Psycho-Analytical Therapy on the Adoption of Addicted Persons

هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسي تاثير درمان روان تحليلي بر سازگاري افراد وابسته به مواد مخدر مي¬باشد. پژوهش از نوع آزمايشي و جامعه آماري شامل كليه افراد وابسته به مواد مخدر مراجعه كننده به مركز mmt بهارستان به تعداد 470 نفر بودند. نمونه-گيري به صورت تصادفي ساده انجام شد. ابتدا پرسشنامه سازگاري بين تمامي افراد جامعه توزيع و سپس تعداد 200 نفر از افرادي كه پايين ترين نمره را در سازگاري كسب كردند به طور مساوي در گروه برابر 100 نفر كنترل و ازمايش جايگزين شدند. گروه آزمايش مداخله درماني را دريافت، اما گروه كنترل هيچ گونه مداخله اي دريافت نكردند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه سازگاري ساماني (1390) و روان تحليلي (دبورال و همكاران، ترجمه روشنايي مقدم و ميرنوش، 1394) بود. در اين پژوهش روان تحليلي بعنوان متغير مستقل و سازگاري بعنوان متغير وابسته در نظر گرفته شده است. تجزيه و تحليل آماري داده ها بر اساس ضريب تحليل كواريانس با استفاده از نرم افزار spss انجام پذيرفت. نتايج اين تحقيق حاكي از آن است كه درمان روان تحليلي بر سازگاري افراد وابسته به مواد مخدر تاثير معناداري دارد.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of psycho-therapeutic therapy on the compatibility of drug addicts. The study was quasi-experimental. The statistical population consisted of all drug addicts referring to the center of mmt in Baharestan with 470 people. Sampling was done randomly. Initially, the compatibility questionnaire was distributed among all the population and then the number of 200 people who had the lowest score in adaptation They were equally subjected to control and testing in a group of 100 people. The experimental group received intervention, but the control group did not receive any intervention. The research tool was Samani Adjustment Questionnaire (2011) and Psychoanalytic (Deborah et al., Translated by Brightness Moghadam and Mirnoosh, 1394). In this study, analytic psychosociality was considered as independent variable and adaptation as dependent variable. Data analysis and analysis was performed based on covariance analysis coefficient using spss software. The results showed that psychosocial treatment has a significant effect on the compatibility of drug addicts.
