Social Risk Management Considering the Development of Social Sustainability

هر پروژه عمراني داراي اهداف خاص و منحصر به فردي است كه توسط ذينفعان اصلي تعيين و مورد حمايت قرار مي گيرد و بر اين اساس، پروژه‌ها برنامه‌ ريزي و اجرا مي‌شود. لذا اين موضوع بسيار اهميت دارد كه پروژه اجرا شده به اهداف از قبل تعيين شده در دوره بهره ‌برداري از چرخه عمر پروژه دست يافته و قادر به تامين منافع و توليد ارزش براي ذينفعان باشد. يكي از مهمترين ذينفعان هر پروژه‌اي، جامعه هدف دريافت ‌كننده خدمات يا محصولات ايجاد شده از آن پروژه مي‌باشد. اجراي پروژه‌هاي بزرگ زيربناي نقش مهمي را در پايداري اجتماعي ايفا مي‌كند؛ و پروژه‌ها داراي تعاملات اجتماعي كوتاه مدت و بلند مدت با محيط اطراف خويش مي‌باشد و حيات پروژه‌ها در چرخه عمر، مستقل از محيط نمي‌باشد. اين تحقيق، پژوهش‌هايي را كه در زمينه تاثير ريسك‌هاي اجتماعي در پروژه‌هاي بزرگ انجام شده است و لزوم توجه به آن را با هدف كاهش ريسك و موفقيت مديريت پروژه آرائه مي‌دهد.

Each construction project has specific and unique goals that are determined and supported by the main stakeholders and, accordingly, the projects are planned and implemented. Therefore, it is very important that the implemented project achieves its predetermined goals during the life cycle of the project and is able to provide benefits and generate value for the stakeholders. One of the most important stakeholders in any project, the target community is the recipient of the services or products created from the project. Implementing large infrastructure projects plays an important role in social sustainability. And projects have short-term and long-term social interactions with their surroundings, and the life of the projects in the life cycle is not environmentally independent. This study explains the appropriate selection of appropriate projects from the perspectives of social sustainability, the consideration of social risks from the initial decision-making stage and the impact of social issues on project success.
