چكيده فارسي :
ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ آﻧﺎﻟﻮگ از دﯾﺮﺑﺎز ﺑﺮ ﭘﺎﯾﻪ ﭘﺮدازش ﺳﯿﮕﻨﺎل در ﺣﺎﻟﺖ وﻟﺘﺎژي اﺳﺘﻮار ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺎ اﯾﻦ وﺟﻮد روش ﻫﺎي ﺟﺮﯾﺎﻧﯽ ﭘﺮدازش ﺳﯿﮕﻨﺎل ﺑﻪ دﻟﯿﻞ اﻣﺘﯿﺎزات ذاﺗﯽ ﺧﻮد روز ﺑﻪ روز ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻃﺮاﺣﺎن را ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺧﻮد ﺟﻠﺐ ﻣﯽ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ. اﯾﻦ اﻣﺘﯿﺎزات ذاﺗﯽ ﯾﻌﻨﯽ ﭘﻬﻨﺎي ﺑﺎﻧﺪ ﻋﺮﯾﺾ، ﻧﺮخ ﭼﺮﺧﺶ ﺑﺎﻻ، ﺗﻮان ﻣﺼﺮﻓﯽ ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦ، ﺳﺎدﮔﯽ ﻣﺪار و ﮔﯿﻦ ﺟﺮﯾﺎﻧﯽ واﺣﺪ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﯿﺎﺗﯽ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ اﻣﺮوزه ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﻧﺪ. ﻋﺪم ﻧﯿﺎز اﯾﻦ ﻧﻮع از ﻣﺪارﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺑﻬﺮه وﻟﺘﺎژ ﺑﺎﻻ و اﻟﻤﺎن ﻫﺎي ﭘﺴﯿﻮ ﺑﺎ دﻗﺖ ﺑﺎﻻ اﯾﻦ اﻣﮑﺎن را ﻓﺮاﻫﻢ ﮐﺮده اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺘﻮان آﻧﻬﺎ را ﺗﻘﺮﯾﺒﺎ ﺑﻄﻮر ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺗﺮاﻧﺰﯾﺴﺘﻮر ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﻧﻤﻮد ﮐﻪ اﯾﻦ اﻣﺮ ﺧﻮد ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺳﺎزﮔﺎري ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﻣﺪارﻫﺎي ﻣﺪ ﺟﺮﯾﺎن ﺑﺎ ﭘﺮدازش دﯾﺠﯿﺘﺎل ﻣﯽ ﮔﺮدد. دﺳﺘﻪ اي از اﯾﻦ ﻣﺪارﻫﺎي ﻣﺪ ﺟﺮﯾﺎن، ﺗﻘﻮﯾﺖ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﻫﺎي ﻓﯿﺪﺑﮏ ﺟﺮﯾﺎن ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. ﻋﻼﻗ رو ﺑﻪ رﺷﺪ در ﺳﻨﺘﺰ ﻣﺪارﻫﺎي ﺟﺮﯾﺎن ﺣﺎﻟﺖ ﻋﻤﺪﺗﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻠﺖ ﻣﺰاﯾﺎي ﺑﺎﻟﻘﻮه ﺧﻮد را از ﻗﺒﯿﻞ وﻟﺘﺎژ ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦ ﺗﺮ و ﻣﺼﺮف اﻧﺮژي ﻃﯿﻒ ﺳﯿﻊ ﺗﺮ، ﭘﻮﯾﺎﯾﯽ ذاﺗﯽ ﭘﻬﻨﺎي ﺑﺎﻧﺪ وﺳﯿﻊ ﺗﺮ، ﻣﺪارات ﺳﺎده ﺗﺮ، ﻣﺪارات ﻏﯿﺮ ﺧﻄﯽ ﮐﻮﭼﮑﺘﺮ و ﻧﯿﺰ ﭘﯿﭽﯿﺪﮔﯽ ﮐﻤﺘﺮ ﮐﻪ در ﻣﯿﺎن ﻋﻼﻗﻪ ﻣﻨﺪان اﯾﻦ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﻣﺪارات ﻓﺮاﻫﻢ ﮐﺮده اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻄﻮر ﺧﺎص ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان ﮔﻔﺖ، ﻧﯿﺎز ﺑﻪ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺑﺎﻻ و ﭘﻬﻨﺎي ﺑﺎﻧﺪ ﻋﺮﯾﺾ ﻣﻮﺗﻮر ﻣﺤﺮك ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ ﺗﻘﻮﯾﺖ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﻫﺎي ﻓﯿﺪﺑﮏ ﺟﺮﯾﺎن ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﻣﺰﯾﺖ اﺻﻠﯽ اﯾﻦ ﺗﻘﻮﯾﺖ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻘﻮﯾﺖ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﻫﺎي ولتاژي علاوه بر نرخ چرخش مناسب، پهناي باند وسيع و تقريبا مستقل از بهره حلقه بسته آن مي باشد. اين تقويت كننده ساختاري متفاوت از تقويت كننده هاي عملياتي ولتاژي دارد كه سبب مي شود در بسياري از كاربردها مخصوصا كاربردهايي با ﺑﻬﺮه ﺣﻠﻘﻪ ﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﮐﻢ و ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺳﯿﮕﻨﺎل ﺑﺰرگ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻘﻮﯾﺖ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﻫﺎي ﻣﺘﺪاول وﻟﺘﺎژي ﺑﺮﺗﺮي داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ، ﺿﻤﻦ ﻣﻌﺮﻓﯽ و ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري، ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ و ﺷﺒﯿﻪ ﺳﺎزي ﯾﮏ ﺗﻘﻮﯾﺖ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﻓﯿﺪﺑﮏ ﺟﺮﯾﺎن ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎي ﺗﮑﻨﻮﻟﻮژي μm 0/35 CMOS اراﺋﻪ ﮔﺮﯾﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻫﺴﺘﻪ اﺻﻠﯽ اﯾﻦ ﺗﻘﻮﯾﺖ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﻣﺪار ﭼﻬﺎرﮔﺎﻧﻪ ﺗﻔﺎﺿﻠﯽ ﮐﻼس AB ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﭼﻬﺎرﮔﺎﻧﻪ ﺗﻔﺎﺿﻠﯽ در واﻗﻊ ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﯽ از ﻣﺪار ﺗﻔﺎﺿﻠﯽ ﻣﻌﻤﻮﻟﯽ و ﻣﺪار ﺗﻔﺎﺿﻠﯽ ﺿﺮﺑﺪرﯾﺴﺖ. ﺑﻄﻮرﯾﮑﻪ در ﺣﻮاﻟﯽ ﻧﻘﻄﻪ ﺗﻌﺎدل داراي ﺧﺼﻮﺻﯿﺎت ﻣﺸﺎﺑ ﻣﺪار ﺗﻔﺎﺿﻠﯽ ﻣﻌﻤﻮﻟﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ و در ﻧﺎﺣﯿﻪ ﻋﺪم ﺗﻌﺎدل ﮐﻪ ﯾﮏ زوج از ﺗﺮاﻧﺰﯾﺴﺘﻮرﻫﺎي ﺿﺮﺑﺪري روﺷﻦ و زوج دﯾﮕﺮ ﺧﺎﻣﻮش اﺳﺖ، ﺎﻧﻨﺪ ﻣﺪار ﺗﻔﺎﺿﻠﯽ ﺿﺮﺑﺪري ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎر ﺧﻮد اداﻣﻪ ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ. ﻣﺪار ﺗﻘﻮﯾﺖ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﻓﯿﺪﺑﮏ ﺟﺮﯾﺎن ﻣﻌﺮﻓﯽ ﺷﺪه ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ 1/65± وﻟﺖ ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪ ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد. اﯾﻦ ﻣﺪار ﻧﺮخ ﭼﺮﺧﺸﯽ در ﺣﺪود 100μV/s و ﭘﻬﻨﺎي ﺑﺎﻧﺪ ﺣﻠﻘﻪ ﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﺛﺎﺑﺘﯽ در ﺣﺪود 30 ﻣﮕﺎﻫﺮﺗﺰ را ارائه مي دهد.

loop gain and the large signal voltage is superior to conventional amplifiers.
