چكيده فارسي :
ﺑﺎﻓﺖ ﻫﺎي ﺗﺎرﯾﺨﯽ ﯾﮑﯽ از ارﮐﺎن ارزﺷﻤﻨﺪ و ﻫﻮﯾﺖ ﺑﺨﺶ در ﺷﻬﺮﻫﺎ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ، ﺑﻨﺎﻫﺎ و ﻧﺤﻮه ﺷﮑﻞﮔﯿﺮي و ﺷﺒﮑﻪﻫﺎي ﻋﺒﻮر و مرور در هر بافت تاريخي نشان از نحوه زندگي اجتماعي ساكنين آن شهر دارد. عدم توجه به يك بافت تاريخي با توجه به ﮔﺬر زﻣﺎن و ﻋﻤﺮ زﯾﺎد اﺑﻨﯿﻪ ارزﺷﻤﻨﺪ آن ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺎﺑﻮدي ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ و ﻫﻮﯾﺖ ﯾﮏ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﺑﯿﻨﺠﺎﻣﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﮔﺴﺘﺮش روز اﻓﺰ ن ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﺗﻮرﯾﺴﻢ در ﺟﻬﺎن و اﻗﺘﺼﺎد ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻮرﯾﺴﻢ ﺑﻪ اﺣﯿﺎء و زﻧﺪه ﺳﺎزي ﺑﺎﻓﺖﻫﺎي ﺗﺎرﯾﺨﯽ اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﺷﺎﯾﺎﻧﯽ دارد. ﺑﺎﻓﺖﻫﺎي ﻓﺮﺳﻮده واﺟﺪ ارزش، ﺑﺎ وﺟﻮد ارزشﻫﺎي (ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ ﺗﺎرﯾﺨﯽ، ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ و اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ) از ﻧﻈﺮ رﯾﺨﺖ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ﺑﺎﻓﺖ و اﻟﮕﻮي ﻧﻮﺳﺎزي دﭼﺎر آﺷﻔﺘﮕﯽﻫﺎي ﺑﺼﺮي و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮدي ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺣﻞ ﻣﺴﺄﻟﻪ اﯾﻦ ﺑﺎﻓﺖﻫﺎ ﺗﺎﮐﻨﻮن روﯾﮑﺮدﻫﺎي ﻣﺘﻔﺎوﺗﯽ ﺗﺤﺖ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﻮزهاي، ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪ ﺳﺎزي و ارﮔﺎﻧﯿﺴﺘﯽ اﺗﺨﺎذ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪه اﺳﺖ. روﯾﮑﺮد ارﮔﺎﻧﯿﺴﺘﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺟﺎﻣﻊ ﻧﮕﺮي ﺳﻌﯽ در ﺗﮑﯿﻪ ﺑﺮ ﻣﯿﺮاث ﻣﻮﺟﻮد در ﺑﺎﻓﺖ ﺎي ﻓﺮﺳﻮده واﺟﺪ ارزش و ﺗﻠﻔﯿﻖ اﻗﺘﺼﺎد و ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ و اﺣﯿﺎي ﭘﺎﯾﺪار ﺑﺎﻓﺖ ﻫﺎي ﺗﺎرﯾﺨﯽ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﻧﻘﺶ آنﻫﺎ در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻓﻀﺎﯾﯽ ﺷﻬﺮ دارد. ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺧﻼق ﺑﺎﻓﺖ ﺗﺎرﯾﺨﯽ ﺑﺎ روﯾﮑﺮد ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي در ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ رﯾﺰي ﺷﻬﺮي ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮑﯽ از ﺷﯿﻮهﻫﺎي ﺗﻔﮑﺮ ارﮔﺎﻧﯿﺴﺘﯽ ﮐﻪ آﺧﺮﯾﻦ ﺟﻤﻊ ﺑﻨﺪي از ﺷﯿﻮهﻫﺎي ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ در ﺑﺎﻓﺖ ﻫﺎي ﺗﺎرﯾﺨﯽ و ﻓﺮﺳﻮده ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻫﺪف اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ "ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﻬﻨﻪ ﺧﻼق ﺑﺎ روﯾﮑﺮد ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي در ﻣﺤﻠﻪ ﻫﺎروﻧﯿﻪ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﭘﺲ از ﻣﺮور ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي اﺻﻠﯽ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺧﻼق ﺑﺎ روﯾﮑﺮد ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي و از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻣﻌﯿﺎرﻫﺎي ﺑﺮﮔﺰﯾﺪه ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﺎﻟﺒﺪي- ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮدي، اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي، اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ و ﻧﻬﺎدي - ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺘﯽ و ﺗﻌﺮﯾﻒ ﯾﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ، ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار GIS و ﻣﺪل AHP و ﺑﮑﺎرﮔﯿﺮي ﻣﺪل SZCD در ﻣﺤﺪوده، ﭘﻬﻨﻪﻫﺎي زﻣﯿﻨﻪﺳﺎز ﺗﻮﺳﻌه در ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﻗﺮارﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻣﺤﻠﻪ ﻫﺎروﻧﯿﻪ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﭼﻬﺎر ﭘﻬﻨﻪ ﺑﻨﺪي زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﺳﺎز ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺧﻼق (ﮐﺎﻟﺒﺪي - ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮدي، اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ، اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي و ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺘﯽ - ﻧﻬﺎدي) اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﺎ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮي ﻫﺎي ﻣﺴﮑﻮﻧﯽ، ﺗﺠﺎري، ﺧﺪﻣﺎﺗﯽ و ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻂ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺘ ﻬﺎي ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ، ﺟﻬﺎﻧﮕﺮدي و ﭘﺬﯾﺮاﯾﯽ، ﺗﺠﺎري و ﺳﮑﻮﻧﺘﯽ ﻣﻌﺎﺻﺮ ﺳﺎزي ﮔﺮدد.
چكيده لاتين :
Historical texture is one of the most important elements and identity in the cities. The elements, structures and
form of the traffic networks in each historical context show the social life of the inhabitants of that city.
Neglecting the historical context with regard to the passage of time and the long life of its valuable buildings can
destruct the culture and identity of a society. Considering the increasing expansion of the tourism industry in the
world and the tourism-based economy, it is important to revitalize historic textures. Valuable worn-outs textures,
despite the content values (historical, cultural, and social) face visual and functional disturbances in term of
morphology and modernization pattern. In order to solve these problem, different approaches have been adopted
under the name of museum, empowerment and organicist. Holistic organicist approach tries to rely on the legacy
of the old tissues value and sustainable economic integration and culture and revive them in historical context by
determining the spatial organization of the city. The creative development of historical texture with the tourism
approach in urban planning is one of the methods of organicist thinking, which is the final summary of the
methods of intervention in historical and worn out texture.
The objective of this study is "Identification of the Creative Area with the Tourism Approach in the Haroonia
Area. In this study, after reviewing the main indicators of creative development with a tourism approach and
through selected criteria including physical, functional, economic, social, institutional and managerial, and the
definition of the word, the related areas were evaluated using the GIS software and the AHP model and the use
of the SZCD model within the scope of the developmental areas. According to the findings, Haroonia
neighborhood with four areas provide the creative development (physical, functional, social, economic and
managerial-institutional) that can be contemplated for residential, commercial, service and mixed applications
for cultural activities, tourism and catering, commercial and residential.
