چكيده فارسي :
در ﻋﺼﺮ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ارﮔﺎن ﻫﺎي و ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﻫﺎ ﻧﯿﺎزﻣﻨﺪ راﻫﺒﺮدي ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺘﻮاﻧﻨﺪ در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﮐﻨﻮﻧﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻬﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﭼﺎﻟﺶ ﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ آن روﺑﻪ رو ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ ﯾﻌﻨﯽ رﻗﺎﺑﺖ، ﺟﻬﺎﻧﯽ ﺷﺪن وﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات ﻣﺪاوم در ﺑﺎزار و ﺗﮑﻨﻮﻟﻮژي ﭘﺎﺳﺨﮕﻮ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﺑﺘﻮاﻧﺪ از ارزﺷﻤﻨﺪﺗﺮﯾﻦ داراﯾﯽ ﺧﻮدﮐﻪ ﻫﻤﺎن ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ اﺳﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺑﻬﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻧﺤﻮ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮐﻨﺪ ﺗﺎ ﺑﺘﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﻪ اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋي ﻫﺎ واﻫﺪاف ﺑﻠﻨﺪ ﻣﺪت ﺧﻮد دﺳﺖ ﯾﺎﺑﺪ. دراﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ 220 ﻧﻨﻔﺮ از ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻣﺨﺎﺑﺮات اﯾﺮان ﺑﺎ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﻃﺒﻘﻪ اي ﻣﺘﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺎﺣﺠﻢ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮرﮔﺮدآوري داده ﻫﺎ از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﺮدﻫﺎي ﺗﮑﻨﯿﮏ و ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋﯾﮏ منابع انساني و پرسشنامه موفقيت موفقيت مديران سازماني استفاده شده است. تحليل داده هاي به دست آمده نشان داد كه تكنيك و ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋﯾﮏ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻣﺨﺎﺑﺮات اﯾﺮان ﺑﺮ ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان اﯾﻦ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮﮔﺬار اﺳﺖ و ﭘﺲ از آن ﻣﯿﺰان ﺣﺪود ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﮔﺬاري ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺗﮑﻨﯿﮏ و ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋﯾﮏ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺗﮑﻨﯿﮏ دﯾﻤﺎﺗﻞ ﻣﻮرد ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ ﮐﻪ اﺛﺮﮔﺬاري ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺬﮐﻮر ﺑﺮ ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻣﺨﺎﺑﺮات اﯾﺮان ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ آﻣﻮزش ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن (29.7%)، ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن (27.5%)، ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ (19.2%)، ﭘﺎداش ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن (13.3%) و ﺗﺎﻣﯿﻦ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن (10.4%) اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
In the current era, organizations and companies need a strategy that can respond to the most important challenges facing them, namely competition, globalization, and continuous changes in the market and technologies. Therefore, it should be able to make the best use of its most valuable asset, which is its human resources, in order to achieve its long-term strategies and objectives. The study population includes 220 employees of the Telecommunication Organization of Iran who were selected using the stratified random sampling method. The data was collected using the functions of strategic management and technique of human resources questionnaire and organizational managers' success questionnaire. The analysis of the obtained data showed that the human resource strategic management and technique in the Iranian Telecommunication Organization is effective on the success of the managers of this organization. This study also evaluated the extent and limits of the impact of the components of the human resource strategic management and technique using the DEMATEL technique, coming to the conclusion that employee training, employee participation, human resource performance evaluation, employee remuneration and adequate supply of employees affect the success of the Iranian Telecommunication Organization by 29.7%, 27.5%, 19.2%, 13.3%, and 10.4% respectively.
