ارزيابي رضايتمندي گردشگران از كيفيت مبلمان پارك هاي شهري (مطالعه موردي: پارك ايل گلي - تبريز)

در دنياي رقابتي صنعت گردشگري برتري از آن مقصدي است كه از طريق كيفيت محصولات و خدمات، ارايه تجربيات شگفت انگيز، ارزش هاي عالي و تامين انتظارات گردشگران موجبات رضايت گردشگران و بازديدكنندگان را فراهم نمايد. به همين دليل بسياري از كشورها استراتژي هاي توسعه يافته اي دارند تا بطور موثري تعداد گردشگران را افزايش دهند. يكي از استراتژي هايي كه بسيار مورد توجه قرار گرفته رضايت گردشگران است. مبلمان شهري بخش زيادي از فعاليت ها در شهر را سامان مي دهد و باعث بالا رفتن كيفيت برخورداري شهروندان از محيط پيرامون و افزايش رفاه و لذت آنها در خيابان، پارك و عرصه هاي ديگر شهري مي شود. فضاهايي همچون ميادين و پارك ها، پياده روها و ... تاثير زيادي در كيفيت زندگي شهري بر جاي مي گذارد. عناصري از مبلمان شهري تدثيري بسيار در مناسب سازي فضاهاي شهري دارند. در همين راستا، پژوهش حاضر به منظور بهبود وضعيت كمي و كيفي سطل هاي زباله و نيمكت ها در پارك ايل گلي- تبريز، كيفيت مبلمان با استفاده از روش هاي اسنادي و مطالعه ميداني جمع آوري شده و ميزان رضايت هركدام از اين عناصر با استفاده از پرسشنامه و تحليل آماري آن توسط نرم افزار SPSS (آزمون هاي كاي اسكوير و اسپيرمن) نشان داده شده است. نتايج به دست آمده از آزمون كاي اسكوير نشان دهنده رضايتمندي نسبتا بالاي گردشگران از وضعيت پارك ايل گلي- تبريز در سطح 99 درصد مي باشد. همچنين نتايج حاصل از ضريب همبستگي اسپيرمن نشان دهنده رابطه بين سن گردشگران و رضايتمندي از مبلمان شهري مي باشد به گونه اي كه ضريب همبستگي در سطح 99 درصد حاصل شده است.

In the competitive world, the tourist industry is a destination that, through the quality of products and services, offering amazing experiences, great values and meeting the expectations of tourists, makes for the satisfaction of tourists and visitors. For this reason, many countries have developed strategies to effectively increase the number of tourists. One of the most sought after strategies is the satisfaction of tourists. Urban furniture organizes a large part of the activities in the city and increases the quality of citizens' access to the surrounding environment and increases their well-being and pleasure in the streets, parks and other urban areas. Spaces such as squares, parks, sidewalks, etc., have a great influence on the quality of urban life. Elements of urban furniture have a great influence on the suitability of urban spaces. In this regard, the present study was conducted to improve the quantitative and qualitative situation of garbage bins and benches in Eagle Goli-Tabriz Park. Furniture quality was obtained by using documentary and field studies and the satisfaction of each of the The data were analyzed using SPSS software (Quaker and Spearman tests) using a questionnaire. The results of the Chi-square test indicate that the relatively high level of satisfaction of tourists from the condition of the Eagle Goli-Tabriz Park is 99%. Also, the results of Spearman correlation coefficient show the relationship between the age of tourists and the satisfaction of urban furniture, so that the correlation coefficient is achieved at 99% level.
