چكيده فارسي :
امروزه توسعه محله يكي از اهداف اصلي برنامه ريزي توسعه پايدار شهري و اقدامي كليدي در جهت نيل به توسعه پايدار قلمداد مي شود. بررسي و شناخت وضعيت محلات و تنگناهاي توسعه آنها به لحاظ پايداري و توسعه پايدار در شهرها، از مسايلي است كه اخيرا در فرهنگ برنامه ريزي شهري مطرح شده، ا ما هنوز در كشور ما جايگاه آن به خوبي طرح نشده است. از اينرو در اين مقاله كه بر روي 200 نفر از شهروندان محله امام زاده عبدالله شهر ياسوج انجام شده، با تاكيد بر مولفه هاي توسعه پايدار، به ارزيابي سطوح پايدارري در اين محله پرداخته شده و ابعاد هويت، سرزندگي، امنيت، خدمات، دسترسي و مشاركت مدني مردم مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. روش تحقيق در پژوهش حاضر تحليلي- توصيفي است. نتايج پژوهش نشان مي دهد بر اساس طرح شهرسازي كنوني اين محله، پايداري اجتماعي محله در حال تغيير است، اما روابط اجتماعي مردم با هم وضعيت خوبي دارد. محله سرزنده است و مردم نسبت به سرنوشت محله خود تعهد بالايي دارند. در رابطه با نيازهاي محله به فضاهاي آموزشي، بهداشتي و درماني و ورزشي ساكنين در داخل محله نتايج نشان مي دهد كه فضاهاي آموزشي بيش از ساير فضاها مورد رضايت مردم است. اما در ساير فضاها وضعيت از رضايتمندي كمي برخوردار است. از مباحث مهم اين مطالعه عدم رضايت از امنيت است كه عليرغم قديمي بودن محله به دليل شتاب تغييرات بافت جمعيتي، برنامه دقيقي براي تامين امنيت محله در دست نيست.

Today, neighborhood development is one of the main goals of planning sustainable urban development and is
considered as key to sustainable development. The study of the localities and their developmental bottlenecks in
terms of sustainability and sustainable development in the cities is one of the issues that has recently been raised
in the urban planning culture, but its position in the country has not yet been well-designed. Therefore, in this
article, which was done on 200 citizens of Imamzadeh neighborhood of Abdollah Shahr Yasouj, emphasizing on
components of sustainable development, the assessment of the levels of stability in this neighborhood have been
addressed and the dimensions of identity, vitality, security, service, access and Civil participation of the people
has been investigated. The research method is analytical-descriptive in this research. The results of the research
show that according to the current planning of this neighborhood, social stability of the neighborhood is
changing, the social relations of people are in good condition. The neighborhood is lively and people have a high
commitment to the fate of their neighborhood. According to the needs of the neighborhood to the educational,
health, and therapeutic and sports spaces of residents within the neighborhood, the results show that educational
spaces are more satisfactory than other spaces, but in other areas, the situation is slightly satisfying. According to
