يكي از مهمترين ابعاد شهرها كه نشان دهنده افكار و سليقه هاي فعاليت ها مي باشد منظر شهري است، امروزه با گسترش شهرها و سكونت گاه هاي غيررسمي و عدم مطابقت امكانات با خواسته ها، مشكلاتي را در اين مناطق بوجود آورده ا ست، از اساسي ترين پيامدهاي آن نازيبايي فضاي شهري است، به همين دليل منظر شهري از مهمترين ويژگي هاي شهري است كه مورد توجه ومطالعه قرار گرفته است و اهميت روزافزون اين مطالعات در پايش سياست هاي برنامه ريزي شهري، و نقش آن به عنوان ابزاري موثر در مديريت برنامه ريزي شهري مي باشد. هدف اين تحقيق بررسي تاثير عوامل اجتماعي- فرهنگي و اقتصادي بر منظر شهري در مناطق و سكونت گاه هاي غيررسمي شهرك دولتخواه است. در اين پژوهش روش تقحيق توصيفي- تحليلي با ماهيت كاربردي است. روش گردآروي اطلاعات بصورت كتابخانه اي و استفاده از روش ميداني (پرسشنامه، بازديد پژوهشگر از محل و تصوير برداري و تحليل كيفي آنها) براي تجزيه و تحليل از روش آماري SPSS استفاده شده است، يافته هاي تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه در محله دولتخواه مسايل اقتصادي شهروندان تاثير چنداني در منظر شهري نداشته ولي عوامل اجتماعي و فرهنگي و امنيت اجتماعي از سطح معني داري بالايي برخوردار بوده ولي اوليت آنان نمي باشد. اين نشان دهنده همشو شدن مديران شهري با ساكنين اين منطقه را مي طلبد تا همگام با هم بتوانند نازيبايي اين محله را كاهش دهند.

One of the most important dimensions of cities that reflects the thoughts and tastes of activities is the urban landscape. Today, with the expansion of unofficial cities and settlements, and the lack of matching of facilities with demands, there are problems in these areas, the most fundamental consequences That is the lack of urban space, for this reason, urban landscape is one of the most important urban characteristics that has been considered and the increasing importance of these studies in monitoring urban planning policies and their role as an effective tool in urban planning management. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of sociocultural and economic factors on urban landscape in unofficial areas and settlements of the state-run settlement. In this research, the descriptive - analytic research method is applied in nature. The method of collecting information in a library and using a field method (a questionnaire, visiting researcher from the location and imaging and qualitative analysis) was used for statistical analysis of SPSS. The research findings show that in the government-owned neighborhood, the economic issues of citizens do not have much impact on urban landscape. The findings of the research show that in the public sector, the economic issues of citizens have a great impact, but social and cultural factors and social security have a significant level of significance but they are not priorities. This indicates that urban managers need to align with the residents of this region. They can reduce the frustration of the neighborhood. It has no urban landscape.
