تجربه بازنگري برنامه درسي رشته مديريت آموزشي در دانشگاه فردوسي مشهد

The Experience of Revising the Educational Management Curriculum at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad

هدف اصلي اين مطالعه، ارائه تجربه بازنگري برنامه درسي رشته مديريت آموزشي در مقطع كارشناسي ارشد در دانشگاه فردوسي مشهد است. براي دستيابي به اين هدف با بهره گيري از روش مطالعه موردي و گردآوري داده هاي كمي و كيفي مورد نياز از منابع اطلاعاتي مختلف (ادبيات مديريت آموزشي، اسناد فرادستي، تجارب دانشگاه هاي برتر داخلي و خارجي، ديدگاه هاي دانش آموختگان و كارفرمايان اين رشته) برنامه درسي جديد رشته مديريت آموزشي پيشنهاد شد. براي گردآوري داده هاي مورد نياز از پرسشنامه، مصاحبه و تحليل اسناد استفاده شد. بنا بر تحليل نتايج به دست آمده، مشخصات كلي برنامه درسي از قبيل عناوين درس هاي جديد به انضمام مشخصات كامل آن از قبيل اهداف كلي و ويژه درس، توانايي ها و انتظارات درس، سرفصل درس، روش ياددهي يادگيري و روش ارزشيابي با معرفي فهرست منابع پيشنهادي درس به تفصيل تدوين شد. اين تجربه به عنوان تجربه اي موفق در دانشگاه فردوسي مشهد تصويب و به تاييد شوراي برنامه درسي دانشگاه فردوسي مشهد رسيده است.

The main objective of this study was to present the experience of revising the curriculum of Educational Management Master's degree at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. To do so، it was attempted to adopt the case study research approach to collect the required quantitative and qualitative data from various information sources (related literature on educational management، high-level documents، experiences of top domestic and foreign universities and the viewpoints of graduates and employers in this field) in order to propose a new curriculum for the field of educational management. Next، questionnaires، interviews and document analysis were used to collect the required data. Regarding the results of data analysis، it was tried to specify the general characteristics of the curriculum، including the subjects of new lessons along with their full specifications such as general and specific objectives of lessons، the strengths of and expectations from the course، syllabus، learning-teaching method and evaluation method as well as the list of suggested resources. This experience was passed as a successful experience at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and، later، it was approved by the Curriculum Council of this university.
