مزاحمت ساختارهاي بين المللي در تحقق الگوي پيشرفت اسلامي - ايران

تمدن ها و الگوهاي توسعه، طبق قاعده ي صعود و سقوط، پس از مدتي رو به زوال مينهند و جاي خود را به الگوها و تمدن هاي ديگري مي دهند. در اين ميان، تمدن جديد غرب و الگوي ليبرال دموكراسي به رغم گذشت بيش از چهار سده همچنان به حيات خود ادامه داده و به مثابه عنصر مزاحم ساختاري بر سر راه تحقق الگوهاي رقيب و مدعي درآمده است. يكي از موانع مهم تحقق الگوي اسلامي-ايراني پيشرفت، طراحي افقي است كه بتواند اين مانع زدايي را تصويرسازي كند. اين نوشتار، «مديريت جهادي» را به عنوان يك راهكار تجويز مي كند. قدرت كارگزاري عظيم مديريت جهادي مي تواند ساختار متصلب و مزاحمت ساختاري تمدن مستحدث غرب و الگوي ليبرال دموكراسي را برطرف سازد. در بخش اول، تحليل وضعيت موجود و جايگاه ايران در نظام بين الملل در تحقق الگوي اسلامي-ايراني پيشرفت مورد توجه قرار مي گيرد. نويسنده تفاوت جايگاه كشورهاي درحال توسعه (نظير ايران) و كشورهاي يافته را در كانون توجه قرار مي دهد. در بخش دوم، براي عبور از ساختار بين المللي، راه حل ارايه كرده، و نقاط اميدواركننده و عناصر كارگزارانه ي مديريت جهادي را در استفاده از مزيت نسبي كشورهاي درحال توسعه ارزيابي مي كند.

Civilizations and models of development، based on fall and rise rule، turn to decline after a while and give their places to models and other civilizations. In the meantime، modern civilization of the west and liberal-democratic model، despite having a life of over four centuries، still survive as it is and has appeared as a structural disturbance on the way of achievement of rival and claimant models. One of the major barriers of materialization of the Iranian-Islamic model of Progress is horizontal design which can portray this act of removing barriers. This paper prescribes “Jihadi administration” as a strategy. Huge brokerage power of jihadi administration can eliminate hard structure and structural disturbance of novel civilization of the west and liberal-democratic model. In the first part، the status quo and Iran’s status in international order is analytically considered in materialization of the Iranian-Islamic model of progress. The author pays attention to differential status of developing nations (like Iran) and developed nations. In the second part، the article author offers a solution for passing through international structure and evaluates optimistic points and brokering elements of jihadi administration in using relative privilege of developing nations.
