چكيده فارسي :
ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف اراﺋﻪ اﻟﮕﻮﯾﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻫﺎي ﺷﻌﺐ ﺑﺎﻧﮏ ﺗﺠﺎرت ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺗﺼﻤﯿﻢ ﮔﯿـﺮي ﭼﻨـﺪ ﻣﻌﯿﺎره ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. روش اﺟﺮاي اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف از ﻧـﻮع ﮐـﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﻧﻈـﺮ ﻣﺎﻫﯿـﺖ و روش ، ﺗﻮﺻـﯿﻔﯽ از ﻧـﻮع ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﺷﻌﺐ ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﺑﺎﻧﮏ ﺗﺠﺎرت ﺑـﻪ ﺗﻌـﺪاد 37 ﻣـﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺑـﻮد. ﺑﺎﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺤﺪود ﺑﻮدن ﺣﺠﻢ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﺑﺮاي ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ از روش ﺳﺮﺷﻤﺎري اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺟﻤﻊ آوري داده ﻫﺎي ﻣـﻮرد ﻧﯿﺎز، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎر رﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮاي ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ رواﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ از رواﯾﯽ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮاﻧﺒﺎخ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺿﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮاﻧﺒﺎخ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ 0/85 ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ و آزﻣﻮن ﻓﺮﺿﯿﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ و اﻧﺤﺮاف ﻣﻌﯿﺎر از آزﻣﻮن آﻣﺎر اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ t ﯾـﮏ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اي اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﺮاي رﺗﺒﻪ ﺑﻨﺪي ﺗﮑﻨﯿﮏ ﺗﺎﭘﺴﯿﺲ (TOPSIS) ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎر رﻓـﺖ. ﻧﺘـﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸـﺎن داد ﮐـﻪ از ﻧﻈـﺮ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺷﻌﺐ ﺑﺎﻧﮏ ﺗﺠﺎرت، از ﺑﯿﻦ 37 ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد، ﻣﯿﺰان اﻫﻤﯿﺖ 12 ﺷـﺎﺧﺺ در ﺣـﺪ زﯾـﺎد ، 14 ﺷـﺎﺧﺺ در ﺣـﺪ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ و 11 ﺷﺎﺧﺺ در ﺣﺪ ﮐﻢ اﺳﺖ و اﻟﮕﻮي ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺮاي ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻋﻤﻠﻤﮑﺮد، ﮐﺎرت اﻣﺘﯿﺎزي ﻣﺘﻮازن ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨـﯿﻦ ﺑـﺮاي ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ و رﺗﺒﻪ ﺑﻨﺪي، ﺗﮑﻨﯿﮏ ﺗﺎﭘﺴﯿﺲ ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎد ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
This research aims to "provide a model to assess the Tejarat bank branches performance management using
multi-criteria decision" has been made. The goal of this research is the method of application and the nature and
description of the survey. The population studied in this research, all branches of Directors of the Bank will
manage 37. Due to the limited sample size of the census method was used to determine the population size. To
collect data, a questionnaire was used. Questionnaire was used to assess the validity and reliability of the
questionnaire was assessed using Cronbach's alpha. Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the questionnaire, 0/ 85,
respectively. For data analysis and hypothesis testing in addition to descriptive statistics such as mean and
standard deviation of a sample t test was used for statistical inference. The TOPSIS technique was used for
ranking. Also, to compare and rank - TOPSIS technique has been proposed.
