چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف از ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺑﯿﻦ ﺳﺒﮏ ﺗﻔﮑﺮ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ و ﺧﻮدﮐﺎرآﻣﺪي ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ادارات ورزش و ﺟﻮاﻧﺎن اﺳﺘﺎن ﮔﯿﻼن ﺑﻮد. ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ از ﻧﻮع ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﺣﯿﺚ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ و روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ، ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺷﮑﻞ ﻣﯿﺪاﻧﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ي آﻣﺎري ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ادارات ورزش و ﺟﻮاﻧﺎن اﺳﺘﺎن ﮔﯿﻼن (310 ﻧﻔﺮ) ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ و ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺑﺎ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري و ﺑﺼﻮرت ﺗﻤﺎم ﺷﻤﺎر اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺑﺮاي اﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮي ﺳﺒﮏ ﺗﻔﮑﺮ از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺳﺒﮏ ﻫﺎي ﺗﻔﮑﺮ اﺳﺘﺮﻧﺒﺮگ– واﮔﻨﺮ (1991) و ﺑﺮاي ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﺎرﺗﻮن ﺟﯽ (1990) و ﺑﺮاي اﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮي ﺧﻮدﮐﺎرآﻣﺪي از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺷﺮر (1982) اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. رواﯾﯽ ﺻﻮري و ﻣﺤﺘﻮي ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ آن از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﺑﺎﻻي 0/7 ﮔﺰارش ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ راﺑﻄﮥ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﺑﯿﻦ ﺳﺒﮏ ﺗﻔﮑﺮ و ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ وﺟﻮد دارد (0/001>r=0/631 ،P). راﺑﻄﮥ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﺑﯿﻦ ﺳﺒﮏ ﺗﻔﮑﺮ و ﺧﻮدﮐﺎرآﻣﺪي وﺟﻮد دارد(0/001>r=0/631 ،P). ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻣﻌﺎدﻟﮥ رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن ﻧـﺸﺎن ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ ﺳﺒﮏ ﺗﻔﮑﺮ (0/001>t=10/2 ،P) واﺟﺪ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﭘﯿﺶﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻣﻌﺎدﻟﮥ رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن ﻧـﺸﺎن ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺳﺒﮏ ﺗﻔﮑﺮ (0/001>t=11/75 ،P) واﺟﺪ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﭘﯿﺶﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﺧﻮدﮐﺎرآﻣﺪي ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ آزﻣﻮن ﺳﻮﺑﻞ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﺳﺒﮏ ﺗﻔﮑﺮ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﺑﺮ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺧﻮدﮐﺎرآﻣﺪي ﺑﺎ ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ دارد (0/001>Z=3/41 ،P). ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻪ ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد ﺑﺎ ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ دوره ﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﺟﻬﺖ آﺷﻨﺎﯾﯽ اﻓﺮاد ﺑﺎ ﺳﺒﮏ ﻫﺎي ﺗﻔﮑﺮ ﺧﻮد، ﺑﺘﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﺳﺒﮏ ﺗﻔﮑﺮﺷﺎن را ﺑﺎ اﻟﮕﻮي ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﯾﯽ ﻫﺎﯾﺸﺎن ﻫﻤﺴﻮ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ در ﺟﻬﺖ اﻋﺘﻼي ﻫﺮ ﭼﻪ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن و اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺧﻮدﮐﺎرآﻣﺪي ﺑﮑﻮﺷﻨﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the thinking style and communication and
self-efficacy skills in the staff of department of Youth and Sports in Guilan province. The method of this
research was descriptive-correlation. This study was an applied research in terms of research purpose that it has
been conducted through field method. The statistical population of this study was all the staff of department of
Youth and Sports North in Guilan province (N=310). The statistical sample was selected as the statistical
population. The instrument was included Sternberg –Wagner’s thinking styles questionnaire (1991), Barton J’s
communication skills questionnaire (1990), and Sherer’s self-efficacy scale (1990). The face and content validity
of the questionnaire were confirmed by the professors and its reliability was reported above 0.7 through
Cronbach’s alpha. The results showed that there was a significant and positive relationship between thinking
style and communication skills (P≤0.001, r=0.631) and there was a significant and positive relationship between
thinking style and self-efficacy skills (P≤0.001, r=10.2). The results of the regression equation showed that
thinking style (P ≤ 0.001, t = 10.2) was qualified to predict communication skills. Also, the results of the
regression equation showed that thinking style (P ≤ 0.001, t =11.75) was qualified to predict self-efficacy skills.
The results of the Sobel test showed that thinking style had a significant mediating effect on the relationship
between self-efficacy and communication skills(P ≤ 0.001, Z= 3.4110.211.75). According to the results, it is
recommended that individuals can align their thinking style with their ability patterns through the design of
training courses to familiarize individual with their thinking styles and can try to promote an organization and
increase their self-efficacy.
