چكيده فارسي :
اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﮔﺮدش ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺑﺮ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﻣﻨﺪي آﻧﺎن در ﮐﻤﯿﺘﻪ اﻣﺪاد اﻣﺎم ﺧﻤﯿﻨﯽ (ره) اﺳﺘﺎن ﻗﻢ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮاي اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ از دو ﻣﺪل ﮔﺮدش ﺷﻐﻠﯽ آرﻣﺴﺘﺮاﻧﮓ،2002 و ﻣﺪل رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﭼﻦ،2000 ﺟﻬﺖ ﻣﺪل ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻣﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻧﻮع ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻟﺤﺎظ ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﻟﺤﺎظ روش، ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ اﺳﺖ. اﺑﺰار ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺟﻬﺖ ﺟﻤﻊ آوري داده ﻫﺎ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اول ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﻣﻨﺪي ﺷﻐﻠﯽ JDI ﮐﻪ داراي اﺑﻌﺎد رﺿﺎﯾﺖ از ﮐﺎر، رﺿﺎﯾﺖ از ﺳﺮﭘﺮﺳﺖ، رﺿﺎﯾﺖ از ﻫﻤﮑﺎر، رﺿﺎﯾﺖ از ﭘﺮداﺧﺖ ﻫﺎ و ارﺗﻘﺎء ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ و ﺑﺮاي ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﮔﺮدش ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﻣﻮﺟﻮد در ﮐﻤﯿﺘﻪ اﻣﺪاد اﻣﺎم ﺧﻤﯿﻨﯽ (ره) ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺟﻤﻊ ﻧﻔﺮات 260 ﺑﻮده ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺳﺎده و ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺟﺪول ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن ﺗﻌﺪاد 152 ﻧﻔﺮ از آﻧﺎن ﺑﺮاي ﭘﺎﺳﺨﮕﻮﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. روش ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ آزﻣﻮن رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن و ﺑﺎ ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار SPSS ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺎ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﮔﺮدش ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺑﺮ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﻣﻨﺪي آﻧﺎن در ﮐﻤﯿﺘﻪ اﻣﺪاد اﻣﺎم ﺧﻤﯿﻨﯽ )ر اﺳﺘﺎن ﻗﻢ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ دارد. از ﻃﺮﻓﯽ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي اﯾﺠﺎد درك اﻫﻤﯿﺖ وﻇﺎﯾﻒ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن، ﺗﻨﻮع ﻣﻬﺎرت و اﺳﺘﻘﻼل ﻋﻤﻞ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ داراي ارﺟﺤﯿﺖ و اﻫﻤﯿﺖ از ﻟﺤﺎظ ﭘﺎﺳﺨﮕﻮﯾﺎن ﺑﻮده اﻧﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of employees' workflow on their satisfaction at Imam
Khomeini Relief Committee in Qom province. For this research, two Armstrong Business Turnaround Models
(2002) and Chen's Job Satisfaction Model (2000) have been used for conceptual modeling. The research type is
applied in terms of its purpose and is descriptive in terms of its method. The tool used to collect data was a
questionnaire. The first questionnaire was JDI Job Satisfaction Standard questionnaire which has dimensions of
job satisfaction, satisfaction with the supervisor, satisfaction with the partner, satisfaction with payments and
promotion, and for the employee's workflow questionnaire from Researcher made questionnaire has been used.
The statistical population of this research is all staff members in Imam Khomein Relief Committee (RA). The
total number of participants was 260. Based on simple random sampling method, 152 of them were selected to
answer the questionnaires according to Morgan table. Data were analyzed by regression test and SPSS software.
The research findings showed that the employees' job turnover affects their satisfaction in Imam Khomeini
Relief Committee of Qom province. On the other hand, the components of understanding the importance of the
duties of the staff, the variety of skills and the independence of the employees, respectively, have the priority and
importance of Were respondents.
