چكيده فارسي :
هدف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﺎت اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺶ ﺑﺎ رﻓﺘﺎر ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪي ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﺗﺎﻣﯿﻦ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺑﻮد و ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد اﻓﺮاد ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ (240 ﻧﻔﺮ)، ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺟﺪول ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن 140 ﻧﻔﺮ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. اﺑﺰار اﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮي ﭘﮋوهش ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎي؛ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﻓﺮدي، ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﺎت اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺶ (راﺑﯿﻨﺰ) و رﻓﺘﺎر ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ (ﭘﻮدﺳﺎﮐﻒ وﻫﻤﮑﺎران) ﺑﻮد. داده ﻫﺎ به ﮐﻤﮏ ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار 21 SPSS و آزﻣﻮن آﻣﺎري ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن، آﻧﺎﻟﯿﺰ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ANOVA و رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن ﺧﻄﯽ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري ﺑﯿﻦ ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﺎت اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺶ و رﻓﺘﺎرﻫﺎي ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪي وﺟﻮد دارد. ﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺪل رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮﻧﯽ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ 64/7% ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات رﻓﺘﺎرﻫﺎي ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪي ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﺎت اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺶ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. از ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﺎت اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺶ اﺑﻌﺎد ﺑﺎزﺧﻮر و ﺷﺒﮑﻪ ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﺎت ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﺑﻌﺪ ﺳﺎده ﺳﺎزي ﭘﯿﺎم ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮي ﻣﻨﻔﯽ ﺑﺮ رﻓﺘﺎرﻫﺎي ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﻣﺪارس داﺷﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
This study examines the impact of effective communication on citizenship behavior from the perspective of
school principals Education District 5 of Mashhad. The study sample school principals Education District 5, 240
statistical samples were selected according to Morgan table 140. In order to gather data for this study three -part
questionnaire that included demographic information questionnaire effective communication (Robbins)
organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire (Podsakoff et al) was used. The SPSS software was also used
to analyze the data. For data analysis, descriptive statistics of frequency tables, graphs, mean and standard
deviation were used. Klumugrvasmyrnvf and inferential statistics, correlation, analysis of variance ANOVA,
linear regression was used, too. In the end we conclude that there is a significant correlation between the two
variables effective communication and behavior of citizens. The regression model analysis showed that 64/7 %
of effective communication is affected by changes in citizenship behaviorsand effectiveness of communication,
organizational citizenship behaviors are effective, too. Among the components of effective communication,
communications network as well as feedback have the greatest positive impact and simplification message
school principals have a negative impact on organizational citizenship behaviors.
