ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻫﻮش ﻣﻌﻨﻮي و اﺧﻼق ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي ﻣﺪارس ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن اردل ﺑﻮد. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ و ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﻣﺪارس ﺳﻪ دوره ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن اردل در ﺳﺎل ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ 1392-93 ﮐﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد آﻧﻬﺎ 194 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻮد. ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺟﺪول ﮐﺮﺟﯿﺲ و ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن (1970) 130 ﻧﻔﺮ ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﻃﺒﻘﻪ اي ﻣﺘﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺎ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﻣﺮد و زن اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از دو ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺧﻼق ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي ﮐﺎدوزﯾﺮ (2004) و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﻮش ﻣﻌﻨﻮي ﮐﯿﻨﮓ (2007) اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ داده ﻫﺎي ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه از اﺑﺰارﻫﺎي اﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮي از روﺷﻬﺎي آﻣﺎري ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن، ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﭼﻨﺪﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮه (ﻣﺎﻧﻮا) اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ r ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪه در ﺳﻄﺢ 0/05 >p ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري را ﺑﯿﻦ ﻫﻮش ﻣﻌﻨﻮي ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي آن (ﺗﻔﮑﺮ وﺟﻮدي اﻧﺘﻘﺎدي، اﯾﺠﺎد ﻣﻌﻨﺎي ﺷﺨﺼﯽ، آﮔﺎﻫﯽ ﻣﺘﻌﺎﻟﯽ و ﮔﺴﺘﺮش ﺣﺎﻟﺖ ﻫﻮﺷﯿﺎري) ﺑﺎ اﺧﻼق ﺣﺮﻓﻪ ا ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﻣﺪارس ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن اردل ﻧﺸﺎن داد. F ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه در ﺳﻄﺢ %5> P ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري را ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻫﻮش ﻣﻌﻨﻮي اﺧﻼق ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ (ﺟﻨﺲ، ﻣﯿﺰان ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻼت، ﺳﺎﺑﻘﻪ ﮐﺎر) ﻧﺸﺎن ﻧﺪاد.
چكيده لاتين :
The aim of the present study is to examine the relationship between spiritual intelligence and professional morality of the schools of Ardal province. The method of this investigation was descriptive coherence and statistical society of all 1.4 principals of three educational courses of Ardal province in 2012-2013. Statistical society volume was computed based on kermis and Morgan table as 130 persons who were chosen by using random sampling method a proportional to the statistical society of male and female principals In this investigation, two questionnaires were used: kadozir professional morality and king spiritual intelligence questionnaire. For inference analyzing the obtained data, regression analysis, coherence coeticient and multivariable variance analysis (MANOVA) were used. Results showed that r observed in P<0.05 implied a meaningful and positive a relationship between spiritual intelligence and its elements (personal meaning creation, eminent awareness and intelligence development) and professional morality of principals of Ardal province. F observed in P<0.05 didn't show any meaningful difference between average spiritual intelligence and professional behavior of the principal based on demographic variables (gender, education level, work history).
