چكيده فارسي :
ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻓﺮوﺷﮕﺎﻫﻬﺎي زﻧﺠﯿﺮه اي درﺳﻄﺢ ﮐﺸﻮر، ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﮐﺎرآﻣﺪ اﯾﻦ ﻓﺮوﺷﮕﺎﻫﻬﺎ از اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﺑﺎﻻﯾﯽ ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار اﺳﺖ و از ﻃﺮﻓﯽ ﻓﺸﺎر هاي ﮐﺎري و اﺳﺘﺮس ﻫﺎي ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﻓﺮوﺷﮕﺎﻫﻬﺎ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻓﻀﺎي رﻗﺎﺑﺘﯽ ﮐﻪ در ﺑﯿﻦ ﻓﺮوﺷﮕﺎﻫﻬﺎي زﻧﺠﯿﺮه اي وﺟﻮد دارد، ﻧﻘﺶ اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﻫﻮش ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ در اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﮐﺎراﺋﯽ و ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان را ﺑﯿﺶ از ﭘﯿﺶ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﻣﯽ ﮐﻨﺪ، ﻫﺪف از اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻦ راﻫﮑﺎر اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﮐﺎراﺋﯽ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﻓﺮوﺷﮕﺎﻫﻬﺎي زﻧﺠﯿﺮه اي از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ارﺗﻘﺎي ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻫﻮش ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺳﻮال اﺻﻠﯽ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ اﯾﻦ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ آﯾﺎ ﻫﻮش ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮ ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﻓﺮوﺷﮕﺎﻫﻬﺎي زﻧﺠﯿﺮه اي ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ دارد؟ ﻓﺮﺿﯿﻪ اﺻﻠﯽ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ ﺻﻮرت ﻣﻄﺮح ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد، ﺑﯿﻦ ﻫﻮش ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ و ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻣﻬﺎرﺗﻬﺎي ﺷﻐﻠﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار و ﻣﺜﺒﺘﯽ وﺟﻮد دارد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﻓﺮوﺷﮕﺎﻫﻬﺎي زﻧﺠﯿﺮه اي رﻓﺎه ﺗﻬﺮان در ﺳﺎل 96 ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 40 ﻧﻔﺮ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 36 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﻣﻄﺎﺑﻖ ﺑﺎ ﺟﺪول ﮐﻮﮐﺮان ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤونه ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪه اﻧﺪ. اﺑﺰار اﺻﻠﯽ ﮔﺮدآوري داده ﻫﺎ، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ اﺳﺎس ﺑﺮاي ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ از ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﮔﻠﻤﻦ (2001) و ﺑﺮاي ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻣﻬﺎرﺗﻬﺎي ﺷﻐﻠﯽ از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﮕﺮ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ ﻓﺮﺿﯿﺎت ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ، ﺑﺮاي ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ اﯾﻦ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ از آزﻣﻮن "آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ" اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ اﯾﻦ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﺑﺮاي ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﻮش ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ 0.87 و ﺑﺮاي ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ﺷﻐﻠﯽ 0،89 ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه اﺳﺖ. از ﺳﻮي دﯾﮕﺮ ﭘﺲ از ﺟﻤﻊ آوري داده ﻫﺎ و اﻃﻼﻋﺎت از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎمه ﺑﺮاي ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﻫﺎ و آزﻣﻮن ﻓﺮﺿﯿﻪ ﻫﺎ از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار "SPSS"و PLS اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ و ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﻓﺮوﺷﮕﺎﻫﻬﺎي زﻧﺠﯿﺮه اي راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار و ﻣﺜﺒﺘﯽ وﺟﻮد دارد؛ ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﻫﻮش ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﻮارد ﻣﻬﻤﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻫﺮ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﺑﺎﯾﺪ آن را ﻣﻮرد ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﻗﺮار دﻫﺪ، ﺑﻪ ﺧﺼﻮص ﻫﻨﮕﺎﻣﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﺑﻪ ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻧﻘﺎط ﻗﻮت و ﺿﻌﻒ ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﺧﻮد ﺑﺮاي ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ ﻧﯿﺎز دارد، اﻫﻤﯿﺖ اﯾﻦ ﻣﻮﺿﻮع ﻧﻤﺎﯾﺎن ﺗﺮ ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد. ﻫﻤﺎن ﻃﻮر ﮐﻪ در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﻪ آن اﺷﺎره ﺷﺪ، ﻫﻮش ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد را ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻗﺮار ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ. ﻟﺬا آﻣﻮزش ﺑﺮاي ﺑﻬﺒﻮد آن ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺘﯽ ﺑﺮ ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان و ﺑﻪ ﺗﺒﻊ آن ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن داشته باشد.
چكيده لاتين :
Given the development of chain stores at the national level, efficient management of these stores is of great importance. On the other hand, the work pressures of the sales managers, due to the competitive environment that exists between chain stores highlighted the role and importance of emotional intelligence in increasing the efficiency and occupational skills of managers. The aim of this study is to find a way to increase the efficiency at managers of chain store by promoting occupational skills through emotional intelligence. The main question of the research is whether emotional intelligence impacts the skills of chain store managers. The main hypothesis of the research is that, is there a significant correlation of emotional intelligence with the improvement of occupational skills at managers of chain stores. The statistical population consisted of 40 store managers. The statistical sample was 36 directors elected in accordance with the Cochran sample 2016. The main tool for collecting data is a questionnaire. Accordingly, the variables were measured using Golman emotional intelligence, questionnaire (2001) and to measure the improvement of occupational skills questionnaire is based on assumptions. To determine the reliability of this questionnaire, the Cronbach Alpha test was used. The coefficient for the Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire was 0.87 and 0.73 for improving occupational skills. On the other hand, after collecting data and information by a questionnaire, SPSS",PLS software was used to examine the relationship between variables and the hypothesis testing. The results of this study showed that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and the improvement of occupational skills at managers of chain store. Therefore, emotional intelligence is one of the important factors that any organization needs to account for. Especially, when the organization needs to assess its human strengths for change, the importance of this issue becomes more apparent. The results confirm that emotional intelligence impacts performance. Learning to improve it can have a positive impact on the occupational skills of managers and consequently, on the organization.
