ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ و ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ داﻧﺶ ﺑﺮ ﺑﻬﺮه وري ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن زاﻫﺪان ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ-ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي از ﻧﻮع ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ اﺳﺖ، ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش ﻧﺎﺣﯿﻪ ﯾﮏ و دو ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن زاﻫﺪان ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 130 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼـﺎدﻓﯽ ﺳﺎده و ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﺟﺪول اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن ﺗﻌﺪاد 97 ﻧﻔﺮ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ، ﺑﺮاي ﺟﻤﻊ آوري داده ﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎي اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﻮﺳﻠﯽ و وﯾﻞ (2002)؛ ﺑﻬﺮه وري ﻫﺮﺳﯽ و ﮔﻠﺪاﺳﻤﯿﺖ (1980) و ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ داﻧﺶ ﮐﻨﺮاد و ﻧﯿﻮﻣﻦ (1999) اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ، ﺑﺮاي ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ رواﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎ از رواﯾﯽ ﺻﻮري و ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ و ﺑﺮاي ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ از آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ 0/926، 0/854 و 0/933 ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﺷﺪ، ﺑﺮاي آزﻣﻮن ﻓﺮﺿﯿﺎت از ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘـﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻـﻞ ازﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ و ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ داﻧﺶ ﺑﺮ ﺑﻬﺮه وري ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن زاﻫﺪان ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري (5%>P) دارﻧﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ را ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺑﻬﺮه وري داﺷﺖ و از ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ را ﻣﯿﺰان ﺣﻘﻮق ﺑﺮ ﺑﻬﺮه وري ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of the present study is to investigate the effect of Human Resources Management and Knowledge
management on the productivity of the employees of the Department of Education in Zahedan. This research is
descriptive-practical and of survey type. The statistical population of the present study includes the employees of
the Department of Education in districts 1 and 2 of Zahedan who were 130 subjects and 97 subjects were
selected through simple random sampling and based on Morgan standardized table. Busli and Will's standardized
questionnaires of Human Resources Management (2002); Hersy and Goldsmith's productivity questionnaire
(1980) and Conrad and Newman's knowledge management questionnaires (1999) were used. Facial and content
validity were used for determining the validity of the questionnaires and Cronbach's alpha was used for
determining the dependability of the questionnaire which was calculated respectively as 0/926, 0/854 and 0/933.
Regression analysis was used for hypothesis testing. The results obtained from data analysis showed that Human
Resources Management and Knowledge Management have a significant effect on the productivity of the
employees of the Department of Education (P<%5). Also, the highest degree of effect belonged to Human
Resources Management and from among the components of Human Resources Management, the amount of
salary had the utmost effect on employees' productivity.
