Compare the self-revelation, alexithymia and lifestyle in employed and housewife married women

ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺧﻮدآﺷﮑﺎرﺳﺎزي، ﻧﺎﮔﻮﯾﯽ ﺧﻠﻘﯽ و ﺳﺒﮏ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ در زﻧﺎن ﻣﺘﺎﻫﻞ ﺷﺎﻏﻞ و ﺧﺎﻧﻪ دار اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﯾﮏ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﻋﻠﯽ ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ اي ﺑﻮد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺷﺎﻣﻞ زﻧﺎن ﻣﺘﺎﻫﻞ ﺷﺎﻏﻞ ﻣﻌﻠﻢ در ﻣﻘﻄﻊ دﺑﯿﺮﺳﺘﺎن دﺧﺘﺮان ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﺷﺶ ﺗﻬﺮان و ﮐﻠﯿﮥ زﻧﺎن ﺧﺎﻧﻪ دار ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﺷﺶ ﺗﻬﺮان در ﺑﺎزه زﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺳﻪ ﻣﺎه اول ﺳﺎل 1395، ﺑﻮد. ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ اﺳﺎس ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان ﺗﻌﺪاد 140 ﻧﻔﺮ (70 ﺷﺎﻏﻞ و 70 ﺧﺎﻧﻪ دار) ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺳﺎده اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮاي اﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮي ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺳﺒﮏ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﻣﯿﻠﺮ- اﺳﻤﯿﺖ، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻧﺎﮔﻮﯾﯽ ﺧﻠﻘﯽ ﺗﻮرﻧﺘﻮ (TAS- 20) و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺧﻮد آﺷﮑﺎر ﺳﺎزي ﺑﺰرﮔﺴﺎل 47 ﻣﺎده اي اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. داده ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آزﻣﻮن ﯾﻮﻣﺎن- وﯾﺘﻨﯽ و آزﻣﻮن t ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ ﺑﺮاي ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﺑﯿﻦ ﮔﺮوه ﻫﺎ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺳﺒﮏ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ زﻧﺎن ﺧﺎﻧﻪ دار و زﻧﺎن ﺷﺎﻏﻞ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري وﺟﻮد داﺷﺖ، ﺑﯿﻦ ﺧﻮدآﺷﮑﺎرﺳﺎزي زﻧﺎن ﺧﺎﻧﻪ دار و ﺷﺎﻏﻞ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري وﺟﻮد داﺷﺖ و در ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﺑﯿﻦ ﻧﺎﮔﻮﯾﯽ ﺧﻠﻘﯽ زﻧﺎن ﺷﺎﻏﻞ و زﻧﺎن ﺧﺎﻧﻪ دار دﯾﺪه ﻧﺸﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ و ﻧﻘﺶ ﺳﺒﮏ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ و ﺧﻮدآﺷﮑﺎرﺳﺎزي در زﻧﺎن ﻣﺘﺄﻫﻞ ﺷﺎﻏﻞ و زﻧﺎن ﺧﺎﻧﻪ دار، ﺑﻪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﯽ رﺳﺪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ ﺳﺒﮏ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﻧﺎدرﺳﺖ، و اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ آﮔﺎﻫﯽ در زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﺧﻮد آﺷﮑﺎر ﺳﺎزي ﺑﻤﻮﻗﻊ و ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ، ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان ﺑﻪ آﻧﺎن ﮐﻤﮏ ﮐﺮد زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﺑﻬﺘﺮي داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ.

This study was conducted aimed to compare self-revelation, alexithymia and lifestyle in employed and housewife married women. This study was a descriptive research from causal-comparative type. The population consists of employed married female teachers in female high school of District six of Tehran and all housewives of District six of Tehran in the period of the first quarter 2016, respectively. Accordingly, using the Cochran formula, 140 people (70 employees and 70 housewives) were selected using simple random sampling. To measure the variables of research, lifestyle questionnaire of Mailer Smith, Toronto Alexithymia Scale (TAS-20) and 47-point questionnaire of self-revelation of adults was used. Data was analyzed using Yvman- Whitney test and t-test to assess differences between groups. The results showed that there was a significant difference between lifestyle of housewives and employed women, there was a significant difference between the self-revelation of housewives and employed women and in contrast, a significant difference was not seen between alexithymia of employed women and housewives. According to the findings of the research and the role of lifestyle and self-revelation in employed and housewife married women, it seems by changing incorrect lifestyle and increasing awareness in the field of appropriate and timely self-revelation, it can be helped them to have a better life.
