چكيده فارسي :
هدف اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﮔﻔﺘﻤﺎن ﺳﻨﺪ ﺗﺤﻮل ﺑﻨﯿﺎدﯾﻦ آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش ﻫﺴﺖ ﺑﻪ رﻏﻢ ﮔﺎم ﻫﺎي ﺑﻠﻨﺪي ﮐﻪ در ﺳﻪ در ﮔﺬﺷﺘﻪ، ﺑﺮاي ﺑﺎزﺳﺎزي ﻧﻈﺎم ﺗﻌﻠﯿﻢ و ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ ﮐﺸﻮر و اﺳﺘﻮارﺳﺎزي آن ﺑﺮ ﭘﺎﯾﻪ اﻧﺪﯾﺸﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻧﺎب اﺳﻼﻣﯽ و آرﻣﺎن ﻫﺎ و روﯾﮑﺮدﻫﺎي اﻧﻘﻼب اﺳﻼﻣﯽ ﺑﺮداﺷﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﺎن ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ و ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ ﮐﺸﻮر ﻣﺎ در ﺟﻬﺖ ﭘﺎﺳﺨﮕﻮﯾﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻧﯿﺎزﻫﺎي اﺳﺎﺳﯽ و ﮔﺮه ﮔﺸﺎﯾﯽ ﺸﮑﻼت اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺑﺎ آﺳﯿﺐ ﻫﺎ و ﭼﺎﻟﺶ ﻫﺎي ﺟﺪي ﻣﻮاﺟﻪ ﺑﻮده و ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻣﻬﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻋﺎﻣﻞ اﻧﺘﻘﺎل ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ اﺳﻼﻣﯽ و مسئول آﻣﺎده ﺳﺎزي داﻧﺶ آﻣﻮزان ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺤﻘﻖ ﺣﯿﺎت ﻃﯿﺒﻪ در ﻫﻤﻪ اﺑﻌﺎد – ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﮕﺎن اﯾﻦ ﻧﻈﺎم ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻫﺎي ﻻزم ﺑﺮاي درك اﺻﻼح ﻣﺪاوم ﻣﻮﻗﻌﯿﺖ ﺧﻮد و دﯾﮕﺮان را ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻧﻈﺎم ﻣﻌﯿﺎر اﺳﻼﻣﯽ ﮐﺴﺐ ﻣﯽ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ. ﺑﺎﯾﺪﻫﺎ و ﻧﺒﺎﯾﺪﻫﺎي اﺳﺎﺳﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻻزم اﺳﺖ ﺗﻤﺎم اﺟﺰاء و ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻧﻈﺎم ﺗﻌﻠﯿﻢ و ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ رﺳﻤﯽ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﯽ ﻫﻤﺎﻫﻨﮓ ﺑﺎ آﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﻮده و ﻫﻤﻪ ﺳﯿﺎﺳﺖ ﮔﺰاران و ﮐﺎرﮔﺰاران ﭘﺎي ﺑﻨﺪ ﺑﻪ آﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ اﯾﻦ ارزﺷﻬﺎ ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس آﻣﻮزه ﻫﺎي ﻗﺮآن ﮐﺮﯾﻢ و ﺳﻨﺖ ﭘﯿﺎﻣﺒﺮاﮐﺮم، ﻗﺎﻧﻮن اﺳﺎﺳﯽ رﻫﻨﻤﻮدﻫﺎي رﻫﺒﺮﮐﺒﯿﺮ ﺣﻀﺮت اﻣﺎم ﺧﻤﯿﻨﯽ و ﻣﻘﺎم ﻣﻌﻈﻢ رﻫﺒﺮي و ﺳﯿﺎﺳﺖ ﻫﺎي ﮐﻠﯽ ﺗﺤﻮل ﻧﻈﺎم آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﺗﻬﯿﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. در واﻗﻊ ﻣﺮاد از ﺗﺤﻮل ﺑﻨﯿﺎدﯾﻦ در آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش ﻓﺮاﻫﻢ آوردن زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﺗﺤﻮل ﻋﻤﯿﻖ رﯾﺸﻪ اي ﻫﻤﻪ ﺟﺎﻧﺒﻪ، ﻧﻈﺎم ﻣﻨﺪ و ﮐﻞ ﻧﮕﺮ، آﯾﻨﺪه ﻧﮕﺮ، ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ آﻣﻮزه ﻫﺎي ﺣﯿﺎﻧﯽ و ﻣﻌﺎرف اﺳﻼﻣﯽ و ﻣﺘﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺎ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ اﺳﻼﻣﯽ اﯾﺮاﻧﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮاي دﺳﺘﯿﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ ﻫﺪف از روش ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ بهره گرفته خواهد شد.
چكيده لاتين :
This research is a discourse analysis of the Fundamental Reform Document of Education of the Islamic Republic
of Iran. Despite the great steps that have been taken over the past three decades to reconstruct the country's
educational system based on pure Islamic thoughts and the ideals and approaches of the Islamic Revolution, our
culture and education have continued to face serious challenges in responding to the basic needs and soving the
social problems. The most important factor to transmit the Islamic culture and prepare students to have a clean
life in all respects – so that the learners of this system can acquire the competencies needed to understand and
reform the situation of their own and others based on the Islamic criteria, and the basic dos and donts with which
all elements and components of the formal education system should be harmonious and which should be
followed by all policy makers and practitioners are all values which are based on the teachings of the Holy
Qur'an and the tradition of the Prophet Mohammad, the Constitution - the guidelines of the leader of the Islamic
Republic of Iran, Imam Khomeini and the Supreme Leader and the general policies of the educational system
reform. In fact, the Fundamental Reform Document of Education seeks to pave the way for a comprehensive,
systematic, holistic and forward-looking reform and transformation based on the teachings of revelation and
Islamic teachings and in accordance with the Islamic-Iranian culture. We have used a descriptive-analytical
method in this study to achieve the goals.
