چكيده فارسي :
در دﻧﯿﺎي اﻣﺮوز، ﺑﺮﺧﻮرداري ﻫﻤﻪ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﻬﺎ از آﻣﻮزش ﺑﺎ ﺗﺎﮐﯿﺪ ﺑﺮ ﻧﻘﺶ اﺳﺎﺳﯽ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن در ارﺗﻘﺎي ﮐﯿﻔﯽ آﻣﻮزش ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻮﺟﻪ اﺳﺖ. در ﻋﺼﺮ ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ و ﻓﻨﺎوري ﮐﻪ ﺳﯿﻤﺎي ﻣﺪارس در ﺣﺎل ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات اﺳﺖ ﺑﺮﺧﻮرداري ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن از داﻧﺶ، اﻃﻼﻋﺎت، ﻓﻨﻮن و راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﻬﺎﯾﯽ ﮐﺎﻓﯽ ﻧﯿﺴﺖ، ﺑﻠﮑﻪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﯽ، ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎرﮔﯿﺮي و اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺑﻪ ﻫﻨﮕﺎم و ﺑﻪ ﺟﺎ از اﻃﻼﻋﺎت و ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﺿﺮوري ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. در ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﯿﺎن رﻓﻊ ﭼﺎﻟﺶ ﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش، ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪﺳﺎزي و ﺑﻬﺮه وري ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. ﺟﻤﻊ آوري داده ﻫﺎ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ و ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت ﻣﯿﺪاﻧﯽ ﺑﻮده و ﺳﭙﺲ ﻓﺮﺿﯿﺎت ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ از روش ﻫﺎي آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و آزﻣﻮن ﻫﺎي ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 1300 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن اﺑﺘﺪاﯾﯽ ﻧﺎﺣﯿﻪ ﯾﮏ ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن زاﻫﺪان اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﺎري 297 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﭼﻨﺪ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ اي اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از آن اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ارﺗﺒﺎط ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﻣﯿﺎن اﯾﻦ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎ وﺟﻮد دارد. در واﻗﻊ ﺑﺎ رﻓﻊ ﭼﺎﻟﺶ ﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش، ﺑﻬﺮه وري و ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪي ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ارﺗﻘﺎ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ و از ﺳﻮي دﯾﮕﺮ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪﺳﺎزي ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﻬﺮه وري آﻧﻬﺎ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ مي يابد.
چكيده لاتين :
In today world, the enjoyment of all human beings by education, with an emphasis on the crucial role of teachers in improving the quality of education, is more important. In the age of advancement and technology in which schools are changing, the enjoyment of teachers by knowledge, information, techniques, and training strategies alone is not enough, but it is essential to organize, deploy and on time usage of information and educational environments. In this paper, the relationship between the meet the challenges of education, empowerment and teachers' productivity has been investigated. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires and field studies and then the research hypotheses were determined. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and correlation coefficient tests. The statistical population of the study consists of 1300 primary elementary teachers in a district 1 of Zahedan city that statistical sample of 297 individuals was selected through multistage random sampling. The results of this research indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between these components. In fact, the productivity and empowerment of the teachers have enhanced with the meet the challenges of education, and on the other hand, productivity of teachers increases with their empowerment.
