چكيده فارسي :
ﺗﻌﻠﯿﻢ و ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ، ﭘﯿﻮﺳﺘﻪ ﯾﮑﯽ از دﻏﺪﻏﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻧﻈﺎم آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﮐﺸﻮر ﺑﻮده و ﻫﺴﺖ. واژه اي ﮐﻪ ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪي ﭘﯿﭽﯿﺪه را در ﺧﻮد ﺟـﺎي داده و ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده ﻫﺎ و ﻧﻈﺎم آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﻣﺪاوم در ﺗﻼش اﻧﺪ اﯾﻦ ﻓﺮآﯾﻨﺪ را ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﻣﮑﺎﻧﺎت و ﺿﺮورﯾﺎت آن ﻋﺼﺮ، ﺑﻬﺘﺮ و ﺳﺮﯾﻊ ﺗﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺮﻣﻨﺰل ﻣﻘﺼﻮد ﺑﺮﺳﺎﻧﻨﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺎن، ﻣﺪﺗﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﭼﺎﻟﺶ ﺗﺎزه اي ﺑﻪ ﻧﺎم اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده از ﻓﻨـﺎري اﻃﻼﻋـﺎت، ﭘـﯿﺶ روي ﺳﯿﺎﺳـﺖ ﮔـﺬاران و دﺳﺖ اﻧﺪرﮐﺎران ﻧﻈﺎم آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﮐﺸﻮر، از اﺑﺘﺪاﯾﯽ ﺗﺎ آﻣﻮزش ﻋﺎﻟﯽ، در ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻠﯽ و ﻧﯿﺰ ﻣـﺪارس و داﻧﺸـﮕﺎه ﻫـﺎ ﻗـﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘـﻪ اﺳـﺖ. روﺣﯿﻪ ﻧﻮﺟﻮﯾﯽ ﯾﺎ ﻧﻮﮔﺮاﯾﯽ اﯾﻦ ﺳﯿﺎﺳﺖ ﮔﺬاران و دﺳﺖ اﻧﺪرﮐﺎران، آن ﻫﺎ را واداﺷﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻋﺠﻠـﻪ و ﺳـﺮﻋﺖ، ﻧﻈـﺎم آﻣﻮزﺷـﯽ ﮐﺸﻮر را، ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ ﻓﻨﺎوري ﻣﺠﻬﺰ ﺳﺎزﻧﺪ. از آﻧﺠﺎ ﮐﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺗﻮﻓﯿﻖ وﮐﺎراﯾﯽ اﯾﻦ ﻧﻬﺎدﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﺑـﻪ ﻃـﻮر ﻣﺴـﺘﻘﯿﻢ ﺑـﻪ ﻧﺤـﻮه درك، ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ، ﺑﺮﺧﻮرد و ﺑﻬﺮهﮔﯿﺮي از اﯾﻦ ﻓﻨﺎوري درﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪرﯾﺰي و آﻣﻮزش ﺑﺴﺘﮕﯽ دارد و ﺣﺮﮐﺘﯽ ﭼﻨﯿﻦ، ﺑﺪون روﺷـﻦ ﺷـﺪن ﺣﯿﻄﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻣﯽ اﯾﻦ ﻓﻨﺎوري اﻣﮑﺎنﭘﺬﯾﺮ ﻧﻤﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ، ﻟﺬا اﯾﻦ ﻣﺴﺌﻠﻪ اﻧﮕﯿﺰه اي ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻧﮕﺎرﻧﺪه ﺗﻼﺷﯽ در ﺣﺪ ﺗﻮاﻧـﺎﯾﯽ ﺑـﺮاي ﻃﺮح و روﺷﻦ ﺳﺎزي ﺑﺮﺧﯽ از ﺟﺴﺘﺎرﻫﺎي ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻣﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻤﻞ آورد ﺗﺎ دﯾﮕﺮ ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺼﺎن را ﺑﻪ ﺗﮑﻤﯿﻞ و ﻏﻨﯽ ﺳﺎزي آن ﻗﺒﻞ از ﺳﯿﻄﺮ اﯾﻦ ﻓﻨﺎوري وادارد.
چكيده لاتين :
Education has continuously been one of the concerns of the educational system of the country. A term that involves a complex process and families and the continuing educational system is trying to get this process up to the point of view, with the features and necessities of that era. Meanwhile, there has been a new challenge for the use of information technology to policy-makers and practitioners of the country's educational system from primary to higher education, at the national level, as well as in schools and universities. The spirit of novelty or modernization of these policy makers and practitioners has forced them to rush the country's education system in a hurry and speed. Since the success rate of these educational institutions depends directly on how to understand, evaluate, treat and use this technology in research, planning and education, such a move is not possible without clarifying the conceptual scope of this technology. Therefore, this issue has been motivated by the attempt by the author to be able to design and clarify some conceptual essays that would lead the other professionals to complete and enrich it before the technology dominates.
