چكيده فارسي :
اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺟﻮ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎ ارﺗﻘﺎ اﻧﮕﯿﺰش ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آزاد رﻓﺴﻨﺠﺎن اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﻋﺒﺎرت اﺳﺖ ازﮐﻠﯿﻪ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آزاد رﻓﺴﻨﺠﺎن ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 528 ﻧﻔﺮ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. از ﺟﺪول ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن ﺑﺮاي ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪه اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ 196 ﻋﺪد ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. اﺑﺰار ﺟﻤﻊ آوري داده ﻫﺎ در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ازﻧﻮع ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻒ ﺟﻮ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ (OCDQ )ﻫﺎﻟﭙﯿﻦ وﮐﺮاﻓﺖ و ﺑﺮاي ﺳﻨﺠﺶ اﻧﮕﯿﺰش ﮐﺎراﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 8 ﺳﻮال اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. رواﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺼﯿﻦ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﮐﻤﮏ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔﺎ ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﺑﺮاي ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺟﻮ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ 0/78 و ﺑﺮاي ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎمه اﻧﮕﯿﺰش ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ 0/81 ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ و ﭼﻮن از ﻣﻘﺪار 0/7 ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ، ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺠﺰيه ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار SPSS اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ روﺣﯿﻪ ﮔﺮوﻫﯽ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن، ﻋﺪم دﺧﺎﻟﺖ و ﻣﺰاﺣﻤﺖ، ﺻﻤﯿﻤﯿﺖ، ﻋﻼﻗﻤﻨﺪي، ﻣﻼﺣﻈﻪ ﮔﺮي، ﻋﺪم ﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي و ﻧﻔﻮذ و ﭘﻮﯾﺎﯾﯽ و ارﺗﻘﺎ اﻧﮕﯿﺰش ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آزاد رﻓﺴﻨﺠﺎن راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار وﺟﻮد دارد. ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس آزﻣﻮن t ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ ﻣﯿﺰان اﻧﮕﯿﺰش ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ ﺑﯿﻦ ﭘﺴﺮان دﺧﺘﺮان ﻣﺘﻔﺎوت اﺳﺖ؛ ﺑﻪ ﻋﺒﺎرت دﯾﮕﺮ ﺳﻄﺢ ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ ﺑﯿﻦ ﭘﺴﺮان از دﺧﺘﺮان ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
This study aims to investigate the relationship between organizational climate and entrepreneurial motivation
among the students of Islamic Azad University, Rafsanjan Branch. This is a descriptive and correlational
research. The study population consists of all of the 528 students of Rafsanjan Islamic Azad University. Using
the Morgan table, we selected 196 students as the sample size. The data collection tools used in this research are
two questionnaires, namely the Halpin-Croft Organizational Climate Description (OCDQ) Questionnaire, and a
self-designed Entrepreneurship Motivation Questionnaire containing 8 items. The validity of the questionnaires
was confirmed by experts and their reliability was obtained by the use of Cronbach's alpha coefficient as 0.78
and 0.81 for Organizational Climate Description Questionnaire and the Entrepreneurship Motivation
Questionnaire respectively, and was approved since it was greater than 0.7. We also used the SPSS software for
data analysis.
The results of the research showed that the entrepreneurial motivation of the students of Rafsanjan Islamic Azad
University is significantly associated with the group spirit of teachers, lack of interference and disturbance,
intimacy, interest, consideration, lack of distance, influence and dynamism. The independent t-test showed a
difference in the degree of entrepreneurial motivation between boys and girls. In other words, boys were shown
to have a higher level of entrepreneurship than girls.
