ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﭘﺬﯾﺮي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﺗﻌﻬﺪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ در ﻣﯿﺎن ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آزاد رﻓﺴﻨﺠﺎن اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي ﺑﻮده ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ، ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺟﻤﻌﺎ 110 ﻧﻔﺮ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮﯾﻦ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺟﺪول ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن 86 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ از ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﮔﺮدآوري داده ﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از دو ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﭘﺬﯾﺮي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻣﺪل ﺗﺎﺋﻮرﻣﯿﻨﺎ و ﺗﻌﻬﺪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻣﺪل آﻟﻦ و ﻣﯽ ﯾﺮ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮاي ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﻣﯿﺰان ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ از ﺿﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﭘﺬﯾﺮي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ 0/87= α و ﺗﻌﻬﺪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ 0/82= α ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. داده ﻫﺎي ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﭘﺲ از ﺟﻤﻊ آوري ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻓﺮﺿﯿﻪ ﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن ﭼﻨﺪﮔﺎﻧﻪ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از آن اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ:1- ﺑﯿﻦ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﭘﺬﯾﺮي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و مولفه اي آن (درﯾﺎﻓﺖ آﻣﻮزش، ﺗﻔﺎﻫﻢ، ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺖ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن، ﭼﺸﻢ اﻧﺪاز از آﯾﻨﺪه ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن)ﺑﺎ ﺗﻌﻬﺪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري ﺟﻮد دارد.2- اﺑﻌﺎد درﯾﺎﻓﺖ آﻣﻮزش و ﺗﻔﺎﻫﻢ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار اﺑﻌﺎد ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﭘﺬﯾﺮي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ را ﭘﯿﺶ ﺑﯿﻨﯽ كنند.
چكيده لاتين :
The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational socialization and organizational
commitment among the employees of Rafsanjan Islamic Azad University. This is an applied research in terms of
the purpose and the study population consists of all of the 110 employees of the Islamic Azad University,
Rafsanjan Branch. Using the Morgan table, we randomly selected 86 employees from among the study
population as the sample size. To collect the data, we used two standard questionnaires of organizational
socialization based on the Taormina model and organizational commitment based on the Allen & Meyer model.
To measure the reliability of the questionnaires, we used Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which was obtained as α
= 0.87 and α = 0.82 for the organizational socialization questionnaire and the organizational commitment
questionnaire respectively. The research data were analyzed based on the research hypotheses and using Pearson
correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that: 1- Organizational socialization
and its components (receiving education, understanding, employee support, vision of the future of the
organization) are positively and significantly related with organizational commitment. 2. The education and
understanding dimensions can positively and significantly predict the dimensions of organizational socialization.
