چكيده فارسي :
اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻫﻮش ﻣﻌﻨﻮي در ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ در آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﻟﺮدﮔﺎن اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﻟﺮدﮔﺎن ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد254 ﻧﻔﺮ اﺳﺖ؛ ﮐﻪ از اﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺎن ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺟﺪول ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن، ﺗﻌﺪاد 142 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺮآورد و ﺑﻪ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺳﺎده ﻣﻮرد ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. اﺑﺰار ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﻮش ﻣﻌﻨﻮي ﮐﯿﻨﮓ و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﺎرﮔﺮﯾﺖ ﻫﯿﻞ ﺑﺎ اﻧﺪﮐﯽ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. رواﯾﯽ محتواﯾﯽ ﻫﺮ دو ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﻮش ﻣﻌﻨﻮي ﺑﻪ روش آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺑﺎ 0/82 و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎمه ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﻌﺎدل 0/80 ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت در دو ﺳﻄﺢ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ در ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻓﺮﺿﯿﻪ اﺻﻠﯽ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻣﺪل ﺑﺮازش ﺷﺪه ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ اﺳﺖ و 69/9 درﺻﺪ از داده ﻫﺎ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﻣﺪل رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮﻧﯽ ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮﻧﺪ؛ ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﻓﺮﺿﯿﻪ اﺻﻠﯽ ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪ ﺷﺪه و ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان ﮔﻔﺖ ﻫﻮش ﻣﻌﻨﻮي ﺑﺮ ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of spiritual intelligence on organizational entrepreneurship in the
city of Lordegan. The study population consists of all of the 254 employees in Education Office of Lordegan
City, among whom 142 employees were estimated as the sample size using Morgan table and were selected
using simple random sampling method. The research tools included King's Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire
and Margit Hill's Organizational Entrepreneurship Inventory with a few changes. The content validity of both
questionnaires was confirmed and the reliability of Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire and that of
Organizational Entrepreneurship Inventory was calculated using Cronbach's alpha as 0.82 and 0.80 respectively.
The data were analyzed at both descriptive and inferential statistics levels. The results of the main hypothesis
showed that the model has good fit and 69.9% of the data is explained by the regression model. Therefore, the
main hypothesis is confirmed and it can be said that spiritual intelligence has a significant effect on
organizational entrepreneurship.
