چكيده فارسي :
ﭼﮑﯿﺪه ﻫﺪف اﺻﻠﯽ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻫﻮشﻫﺎي ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن اداره ﮐﻞ آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش ﭼﻬﺎرﻣﺤﺎل و ﺑﺨﺘﯿﺎري ﺑﻮد. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و از ﻧﻮع ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن اداره ﮐﻞ آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش ﭼﻬﺎرﻣﺤﺎل و ﺑﺨﺘﯿﺎري در ﺳﺎل ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ 95-96 ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ (294=N) ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎاﺳﺘﻔﺎده ازﺟﺪول ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن ازﻣﯿﺎن آﻧﻬﺎ ﯾﮏ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ 190 ﻧﻔﺮي ﺑﻪ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﻃﺒﻘﻪاي ﺳﺎده اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. اﺑﺰارﺟﻤﻊآوري دادهﻫﺎ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﻮش ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ ﺷﻮت و ﻫﻤﮑﺎران (2001) و ﯾﮏ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ از آزﻣﻮنﻫﺎي آﻣﺎري ﻧﻈﯿﺮ ﺗﯽ ﺗﺴﺖ، ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ، ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن و ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ: ﺑﯿﻦ ﻫﻮش ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ و ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي آﻧﻬﺎ، ﺑﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦ، ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ و ﺑﺎﻻي ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺗﻔﺎوت آﻣﺎري ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري وﺟﻮد ﻧﺪارد (0/05 >p ) ﺑﻪ ﻋﺒﺎرت دﯾﮕﺮ، ﻫﺮ ﺳﻪ ﮔﺮوه ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ از ﻫﻮش ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ ﯾﮑﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻫﻮش ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ (در دو ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪي ﻣﻬﺎرﺗﻬﺎي اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ و ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﺎت) ﺑﺎﻧﻤﺮه ﮐﻞ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ارﺗﺒﺎط ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
The main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and employee
performance in the Chief Department of Education of Chaharmahal & Bakhtiari Province. This is a descriptivesurvey
research in terms of the method. The study population consists of all employees of the Chief Department
of Education of Chaharmahal & Bakhtiari Province in the school year 2016-17(N = 294), among whom 190
employees were selected as the sample size using Morgan table and simple random sampling method. The data
collection tools used in this study included Schutte et al.'s (2001) Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire and a
researcher-designed questionnaire of employee performance measurement. To analyze the data, we used
statistical tests such as t-test, analysis of variance, regression analysis and Pearson correlation. Results showed
that: there is no statistically significant difference between emotional intelligence and their components, and the
low, moderate and high performance of employees (p <0.05). In other words, all three groups of the employees
under study had the same level of emotional intelligence. It was also shown that there was a significant
correlation between emotional intelligence (in two components of social skills and use of emotions) and the total
score of performance.
