روش‌شناسي تحليل لغت در فرايند استنباط فقهي(الگوريتم يا روش قدم‌به‌قدمِ دست‌يابي به معناي مفرداتِ ادله)

Methodology of analyzing the words in the jurisprudential inference process: An algorithm or step-by-step method of finding the words` meaning in an evidence

مسئلۀ اين بحث، دست‌يابي به روشي قدم‌به‌قدم براي كشف معناي لغاتي است كه در ادلۀ فقهي به‌كار رفته‌اند. در اين بحث، با روش كتابخانه‌اي، پس از ارائۀ مباني و پيش‌فرض‌هاي اصولِ ‌فقهي، مانند بررسي حجيت قول لغوي، ابتدا آسيب‌هاي محتمل در تحليل لغوي برشمرده شده‌، سپس 13 گام اصليِ داراي ترتيب، براي تحليل رَوِشمند و حجيت‌دارِ يك لغت عرضه گرديده است. منابع لغويِ لازم به ‌ترتيبِ زمان معرفي شده‌اند، منابع پيراموني مانند منابع مترادفات و متضادها، فروق‌اللغات، معاني مجازي، اصطلاحات، و روح معنايي نيز عرضه گرديده‌ است و در هر قسمت، نمونه‌اي از عملكرد فقيهان در تحليل لغت ارائه شده است.

The subject matter of this study is to obtain a method of step-by-step for finding out words` meanings used in the jurisprudential evidence. In this research, according to the library method, after presenting foundations and presuppositions of the jurisprudential principles such as considering the validity of a terminologist`s saying about the meaning of a word, the probable harms of a literal analysis are firstly enumerated and then, 13 steps for a methodical and valid analysis of the meaning of a word are respectively represented. The required lexical sources have been orderly introduced; the surrounding sources such as the sources of synonyms and opposites, differences of words, metaphorical meanings, terms, and soul of meaning are also shown, and in each section, an example of the jurisprudents` practice for analyzing a word is represented.
