بررسي و تحليل اثرات زيست محيطي گسترش پراكنده شهري نمونه موردي: شهر هاديشهر

در دهه ­هاي اخير شهر­ها به شكلي بي‌برنامه‌اي رشد كرده‌اند و محدوده ­هاي شهري در مدت كوتاهي به چندين برابر وسعت اوليه خود رسيده و يا توسعه آنها در قطعاتي مجزا، بدون برنامه ريزي، جسته و گريخته بوده است، اين معضل به الگوي گسترش يا پراكنش افقي شهري(Sprawl) معروف گرديده و به موازات اين الگوي گسترش شهري، اراضي كشاورزي پيرامون با تغيير كاربري مواجه شده ­اند. شهر هادي شهر كه يكي از شهر هاي استان آذربايجان شرقي و در بخش مركزي شهرستان جلفا واقع شده، هم مانند ساير شهرها در طول دهه ­هاي اخير رشدي نامتوازن و به شكلي پراكنده داشته است، بطوريكه اين رشد منجر به آثار زيست محيطي مخربي مانند از بين رفتن اراضي كشاورزي مرغوب شده است. هدف از اين پژوهش در وهله‌ي اول شناخت الگوي توسعه و گسترش فيزيكي شهر هادي شهر بوده و در وهله‌ي دوم تبيين پيامدهاي زيست محيطي گسترش فيزيكي اين شهر مي ­باشد. بدين منظور با بهره‌گيري از روش­هاي آمار فضايي در نرم افزار Arc/ Gis به تحليل الگوي توسعه و گسترش فيزيكي شهر هادي شهر پرداخته شده و در ادامه براي پي‌بردن به پيامدهاي زيست محيطي گسترش فيزيكي و همچنين نوع و ميزان تغيير و تبديل كاربري اراضي زراعي و عرصه ­هاي سبز به ساير استفاده ­هاي شهري ناشي از توسعه فيزيكي شهر، از دو تصوير سنجنده TM، OLI ماهواره لندست 5 و 8 طي سالهاي 1998 ميلادي (1377 ه.ش) و 2013 ميلادي (1392ه.ش) حاصل از پردازش تصاوير ماهواره­اي شهر هادي شهر بهره­ گيري شده است. نتايج بدست آمده از اين پژوهش نشان مي­ دهد كه الگوي توسعه فيزيكي شهر هادي شهر در طي 15 سال بصورت پراكنده بوده است و همچنين در اثر اين الگوي گسترش، بيشترين تغييرات با 62درصد مربوط به كاربري كشاورزي و باغات بوده كه حدودا 48درصد آن تبديل به كاربري شهري و 5/14درصد آن تبديل به زمين‌هاي باير شده است. با توجه به پيامدهاي نامطلوب رشد پراكنده و در راستاي دستيابي به توسعه ي پايدار و شكل پايدار شهري، الگوي رشد فشرده به عنوان الگوي توسعه آتي شهر پيشنهاد مي­ شود.

In recent decades, cities have grown without any program and urban areas became several times larger than their original size in a short time or their development occurred in separated parts without planning. This problem is known as urban land spread pattern and along with this pattern of urban development, agricultural land use changed. Hadishahr city is one of the cities of East Azarbaijan province, located in central city julfa, link other cities during the last decade, had an imbalanced and spread development, and this growth caused adverse environmental effects such as loss of good agricultural land. The purpose of this research is primarily, understand the pattern of development and physical development of the city and after that; explain the environmental consequences of physical development. To achieve this study used spatial statistical tools in Hot Spot Analysis, to analyze hadishahr`s physical expansion and then understand the environmental consequences of physical development on the type and extent of change and in continue, to understand the environmental consequence of physical separation and also the changes types and extend of changes in the usage of agricultural lands and green spaces. Due to physical spread of the city, we used two- image analyzer, OLI and TM, of Landsat satellite 5 and 8 during the year 1998- 2009.The results suggest that the pattern of physical development of the city has been sprawl over 15 years. In this pattern of scattered development, agriculture lands and gardens have the greatest change about 62% which about 48% of that changed in to urban usage and 14.5% converted into wasteland. Due to adverse consequences of the development of distributed spread and achieve stable development and urban form, the compact city model is proposed as a model for future development.
