امروزه به دليل كم رنگ شدن مشاركت شهروندان در امور و مسائل شهري و همچنين اعتماد اندك به اين نهادها،سرمايه اجتماعي به عنوان هر آنچه كه در زندگي شهروندان مهم مي­باشد، با مؤلفه­ هايي همانند اعتماد، مشاركت و انسجام اجتماعي در ايجاد نهادهاي اجتماعي نقش به سزايي را ايفا مي كند. بنابراين ضرورت مطالعه بيشتر در اين زمينه كه مؤلفه­ هاي سرمايه اجتماعي در ايجاد نهادهاي اجتماعي از نظر شهروندان در شهر فردوسيه چه نقشي را دارند، از اهميت بالايي برخوردار است. مقاله حاضر در نظر دارد كه به نقش مؤلفه­ هاي سرمايه اجتماعي در ايجاد نهادهاي اجتماعي محله محور در سطح شهر فردوسيه بپردازد و همچنين مقدار همبستگي آنها را در ايجاد نهاد اجتماعي محله محور تعيين كند و مؤلفه مؤثرتر را نيز مشخص نمايد. نوع تحقيق در اين پژوهش كاربردي و روش بررسي آن توصيفي تحليلي و پيمايشي مي­ باشد و ابزار آن براي پژوهش مصاحبه و استفاده از پرسشنامه و تحليل نتايج آن­ها با نرم ­افزار SPSS است. نتايج حاصل از آزمون همبستگي پيرسون نشان داد كه مؤلفه مشاركت با ميزان 712/0 درصد، اعتماد با ميزان 615/0 درصد و انسجام اجتماعي با 264/0 درصد به ترتيب در ايجاد نهادهاي اجتماعي در شهر فردوسيه نقش تعيين كننده­اي دارند و با استفاده از آزمون رگرسيون خطي معلوم شد كه در ميان مؤلفه­ هاي سرمايه اجتماعي، مؤلفه مشاركت شهروندان با 2/53 درصد در ايجاد نهادهاي اجتماعي محله محور در شهر فردوسيه از اهميت بالاتري برخوردار مي باشد و يكي از ويژگي­هاي اين نهادها بهره­ گيري از نظرات شهروندان در امور شهري مي­ باشد.

In this connection, this paper considers that the role of social capital in the creation of neighborhood-based social institutions in the city to pay Ferdosiyeh As well as the correlations them in neighborhood-based social institutions determine and specify the effective component.Type of this research is applied and the method of describing-analytic review and tools for research interview and use of questionnaire and analysis of results with the SPSS software.Pearson correlation test results showed that the percentage of participation with the 0/712, 0/615 percent and social cohesion and trust with the 0/264 percent respectively in the creation of social institutions have a crucial role in Ferdosiyeh. and using linear regression analysis revealed that among the components of social capital,53/2 % of participation of citizens in neighborhood-based social institutions are more important in Ferdosiyeh and a feature of this institution is enjoying the views of citizens in municipal affairs.
