Organizing the metropolitan area of Tehran in the framework of studying the interrelationship between population and employment

كلان‌شهر تهران با تحولات جمعيتي و كالبدي روبه‌رو است. از آنجا كه بسياري از قوانين، ضوابط و مقررات مزبور در ارتباط با اين تحولات از تنوع و تعدد مراجع صدور و تنظيم برخوردار است اين تنوع در مواردي ايجاد اشكال نموده و چه بسا پيرامون شهر به دست مجريان متفاوت و برنامه­هاي مختلف، دچار دست‌كاري و تغييرات مي‌شود. سؤال اصلي مقاله حاضر اين است كه در چارچوب مطالعه روابط متقابل ميان اسكان جمعيت و اشتغال ساماندهي حريم مادر شهر تهران بايستي بر اساس چه راهبردي انجام شود؟ براي بررسي مسئله پژوهش از طريق روش اسنادي و كتابخانه‌اي به جمع‌آوري اطلاعات پرداخته شده است و يافته‌هاي تحقيق حاضر به روش توصيفي – تحليلي و با استفاده از قضاوت كارشناسانه (روش دلفي) و بهره‌گيري از شيوه پيمايش ميداني (مشاهده و پرسشنامه) به دست آمده است. براي تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات نيز از روش‌ تصميم‌گيري چند معياره تاپسيس به منظور ارائه استراتژي مناسب در مسائل مديريتي حريم شهر تهران استفاده شده است. نتايج مقاله نشان مي‌دهد كه عدم مشاركت مردمي در صيانت از حريم شهر و تغيير كاربري­ها رتبه اول را در بين مسائل مورد ارزيابي به دست آورده و از مسائل ديگر كه در رتبه دوم قرار دارد عدم تدقيق محدوده شهري تهران و كنترل مستمر است و كمبود نيروي متخصص در امر مديريت حريم شهري تهران، حاكميت نگاه بخشي بر مديريت جمعيت و فعاليت در رتبه‌هاي آخر قرار دارند.
