بررسي رابطه مصرف داخلي با ارتقاء منزلت ايران در ژئوپليتيك گاز طبيعي

Investigate the Relationship between Domestic Consumption and Enhance the Dignity of the Geopolitics of Natural Gas

در دهه هاي اخير، گاز طبيعي در جهان با توجه به سازگاري با محيط زيست و آلودگي كمتر آن در مقايسه با ساير سوخت هاي فسيلي بالاترين رشد تقاضا را داشته است بنابراين اهميت ژئوپليتيكي اين انرژي بيشتر گرديده است. ايران با دارا بودن 18/2 درصد از كل ذخاير گاز جهان، بزرگترين دارنده گاز بشمار مي آيد اما نتوانسته است در ژئوپليتيك گاز طبيعي نقش مهمي ايفاء كند. حتي در بين 10 كشور برتر صادر كننده ي گاز جهان قرار ندارد چرا كه مصرف گاز طبيعي ايران آنقدر بي رويه است كه بيش از ميزان توليد گاز كشور مي باشد. ايران با 162/2 ميليارد متر مكعب مصرف گاز طبيعي، سومين مصرف كننده ي گاز جهان مي باشد بنابراين نياز به اصلاح الگوي مصرف گاز طبيعي الزامي است. پرسش اصلي اين مقاله اين است كه آيا اصلاح الگوي مصرف مي تواند منزلت ايران را در ژئوپليتيك گاز طبيعي ارتقاء دهد؟ براي پاسخ به اين مساله از روش مقايسه اي، تحليلي و توصيفي استفاده شده است. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه اصلاح الگوي مصرف گاز طبيعي علاوه بر اينكه از مصرف بي رويه گاز جلوگيري مي كند بلكه توسعه اقتصادي، افزايش امنيت و اقتدار كشور، قطع واردات گاز، بدست آوردن بازار هاي گاز جهان و از همه مهم تر ارتقاء منزلت ايران را در ژئوپليتيك گاز طبيعي در پي خواهد داشت.

The request for natural gas attention to its adaption with environment and less pollution than the other fossil fuels has the highest growth in last decades. In result this energy has high geopolitical importance. Iran with has about 2.18 percent of total world reserves، the largest in the world. But couldn''t played important role in the natural gas geopolitics and even it hasn''t in between 10 exporter countries of natural gas، because gas consumption in Iran as much as is irregular that increase of natural gas production measure. Iran with 2.162 billion cubic of natural gas consumption is third-largest the gas consumer in the world. Thus need of reforming the consumption pattern is obligatory. Major question of this article is: can reforming of the consumption pattern، enhance the rank of Iran in natural gas geopolitics? The result of research indicate that the reforming of consumption pattern of the natural gas besides prevent of gas irregular consumption also economic development، state security and power increase، prevent of gas import، gain of global gas markets and more important of the whole enhance the rank of Iran in natural gas geopolitics
