كاربرد فناوري هاي جديد در تحليل فضايي و مكانيابي پاركينگ (مطالعه موردي منطقه 6 شهر اصفهان)

The Application of new technologies in Spatial Analysis and locating parking

روند رشد سريع شهرنشيني در جهان موجب تمركز، فشردگي و سرعت جريان زندگي شهري شده است؛ همچنين ضعف سيستم حمل و نقل عمومي كارآمد كه پاسخگوي نياز شهروندان باشد، استفاده روزافزون از خودروهاي شخصي و به تبع آن افزايش تقاضا براي پارك اتومبيل در شهرها را موجب گرديده كه ترافيك سنگين و شديد در شهرها، از اثرات منفي آن مي باشد. بعلاوه استفاده از طرحهاي سنتي در ساخت پاركينگ ها و توزيع غيرمنطقي فضاهاي پارك در سطح شهرها ومكانيابي نامناسب آنها بر اين مشكلات افزوده است. مهمترين دلايل نابساماني وضع فعلي پاركينگ در كلانشهر اصفهان به مكانيابي نامناسب، عدم توزيع منطقي آن و عدم تعادل بين جمعيت و مساحت (سرانه) كاربري پاركينگ بر مي گردد. اين امر موجب كندي تردد در گذرهاي شهري به خاطر پارك هاي حاشيه اي كنار خيابان و توقف هاي دوبل و خودروهاي سرگرداني كه بدنبال جايي جهت پارك خودرو مي باشند، گرديده است. هدف اين تحقيق نيز مكانيابي پهنه هاي مطلوب پاركينگ هاي عمومي در منطقه شش شهر اصفهان با استفاده از سيستم اطلاعات جغرافيايي و مدل تحليل سلسله مراتبي، همچنين معرفي تكنولوژي هاي جديد طراحي و ساخت اين پاركينگ ها و مديريت فضاهاي پارك مي باشد. به اين منظور از داده هاي آماري سازمانهاي مربوطه و مطالعات اسنادي و انجام مطالعات ميداني در راستاي تحقق اين هدف استفاده شده است. نوع پژوهش، كاربردي و روش مطالعه پژوهش نيز اسنادي، تحليلي، پيمايشي است. ابزار گردآوري داده ها در اين پژوهش استفاده از منابع آماري، كتابخانه اي، اينترنتي، نقشه هاي طرح تفصيلي و نقشه هاي طرح بازنگري طرح تفصيلي شهر اصفهان و آماره هاي مستخرج از پرسشنامه ها مي باشد كه به شيوه تركيبي بدان پرداخته شده است. نتايج تحليلي سيستم اطلاعات جغرافيايي نشان مي دهد كه از مجموع 10 پاركينگ عمومي در منطقه شش، تعداد 5 پاركينگ عمومي در پهنه نامناسب ، 4 پاركينگ در پهنه مناسب و 1 پاركينگ در پهنه متوسط قرار گرفته اند. نهايتاً بايستي توزيع پاركينگ هاي عمومي اين منطقه را نسبت به پهنه هاي بهينه مكانيابي نسبتا نامناسب دانست

The rapid growth of urbanization in the world has led to centralization، intensity and speed of urban life; in addition، the lack of efficient public transport system that is responsive to the needs of citizens has led to an increase in the use of private vehicles and consequently has increased the demand for parking in cities and has caused heavy and severe traffic in cities. Furthermore، the use of traditional designs in the construction of parking and illogical distribution of parking spaces in cities and inappropriate parking locating has increased such problems. The main reason for the irregularities in current state of parking lots in Isfahan Metropolis returns to inappropriate locating، unfair distribution and the imbalance between population and land area (per capita) for parking. This issue has slowed down transportation in the city due to marginal parking along the street، double parking and vehicles wandering around to find a parking lot. The purpose of this research is to find the optimal spaces for public parking in district 6 of Isfahan with Geography information system (GIS) and Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) model; in addition، it aims to introduce new designing technologies، build such parking and manage parking spaces. Thus، statistical data related to those organizations as well as documentary and field studies have been used in order to achieve this aim. This research is applied and the methodology of research is analytical، documentary and survey. Data in this study are collected through statistical resources، library، Internet، maps and detailed maps of Isfahan and data obtained from the questionnaires in a combined approach.GIS analysis shows that from 10 public parking in district 6، 5 public parking have been in inappropriate area، 4 public parking in appropriate area and 1 public parking in medium area. Ultimately، we should regard the parking in the region as poorly distributed.
