چكيده فارسي :
سرقت يكي از جرايم عليه امنيت اموال در قانون مجازات هاي اسلامي (مصوب 1392) است كه براي آن مجازات هاي مختلف و متناسب با نوع دزدي اعم از حد و تعزير تعيين شده است. از منظر دانش جرم شناسي ريشه و يكي از علل پيدايش، تكوين، پيشرفت و وقوع بزه سرقت را بايد در تاثيرگذاري جنبه هاي رواني و اجتماعي جستجو كرد. از اين رو، هدف اين تحقيق بررسي پديده هايي است كه به عنوان وسيله يا به واسطه در تحليل هاي پژوهشي و شناخت آسيب هاي اجتماعي و رواني در بروز سرقت به كار مي آيد. اختلال شخصيت ضداجتماعي، تاثير عنصر موقعيت جغرافيايي (زمان و مكان) در تبديل انگيزش رواني مانند گرايش به موفقيت و برتري و علاقه به كسب قدرت و شهرت، عدم كارآمدي و اثربخشي و يا ضمانت اجرايي قوانين، قرارگرفتن در شرايط ناعادلانه و احساس تبعيض، بي اعتنايي به مسئوليت هاي شرعي، ضعف در مديريت هوش هيجاني و كنترل رفتارهاي هيجاني، ترس از كنترل اجتماعي، جنون دزدي به عنوان يكي از انواع اختلالات شخصيت، داشتن الگوي نافذ بي اعتنايي و تجاوز به حقوق ديگران و كسب روزي حرام از عوامل مؤثر رواني بر بروز رفتار مجرمانه سرقت است. هر چند كه عوامل اجتماعي از قبيل عدم برخورداري از حمايت خانوادگي، توزيع ناعادلانه خدمات و تامين اجتماعي، سوء مديريت و فقدان نظام جامع مديريتي، عدم ارائه امكانات و خدمات آموزشي و تربيتي، گسترش شهرها، افزايش بيكاري، فقر اقتصادي و فرهنگي، كاهش ارزش‌گذاري در سلامت اجتماعي كودكان، مصرف مواد مخدر و الكل و نيز احساس سهولت ارتكاب جرم سرقت در اثر نمايش بيش از حد اين جرم از طريق شبكه هاي ديداري و شنيداري از جمله موارد اجتماعي است كه در بروز جرم سرقت نقش كليدي دارد. اين تحقيق با مطالعه توصيفي- تحليلي و با رهيافت ميان رشته اي (روانشناختي و جامعه شناختي)، و گردآوري اطلاعات به روش كتابخانه اي به بررسي تأثير جنبه هاي رواني و اجتماعي در بروز جرم سرقت مي پردازد

Robbery is one of the crimes against property security in the Islamic Penal Code (approved in 1392), for which various punishments have been made in proportion to the type of theft, including punishment. From the point of view of knowledge of root criminology and one of the causes of the emergence, development, advancement and occurrence of theft, we must look at the impact of psychosocial aspects. Hence, the purpose of this study is to examine the phenomena used as a means or by means of research analyzes and the identification of social and psychological injuries in the occurrence of theft. Antisocial personality disorder, the influence of the element of geographical location (time and place) on the transformation of psychological motivation, such as the tendency to success and the desire to gain strength and reputation, ineffectiveness and effectiveness, or enforcement of laws, being unfair and feeling of discrimination The fear of social control, the madness of stealing as one of a variety of personality disorders, having a penetrating abusive pattern and violating the rights of others and forcing a haram day to be one of the most effective psychological factors in the incidence of criminal theft, although social factors such as lack of Family support, unfair distribution of services and social security, mismanagement and lack of system Comprehensive management, lack of facilities and educational and training services, urban expansion, rising unemployment, economic and cultural poverty, devaluation of children's social health, drug use and alcohol, and the perceived ease of committing theft due to excessive displays. This is a crime through audio and video networks, which play a key role in the crime of robbery. This research is a descriptive-analytical study with a cross-disciplinary (psychological and sociological approach) and library-based information gathering to study the impact of psychological and social aspects on crime.
