بررسي ميزان رضايت جوامع روستايي از مكان يابي كاربري ها در طرح هادي روستايي (مطالعه موردي: روستاهاي شهرستان خواف)

The Survey of Satisfaction Rural Communities of Landuse Locating in Rural Guidance Plan(Case Study: Villages of Khaf County)

مكانيابي كاربريهاي طرح هاي هادي روستايي بايد به گونه اي صورت گيرد كه بر اثر گذشت زمان از مطلوبيت آن كاسته نشود و يا خيلي جزئي تغيير كند و پايداري فرايند توسعه روستايي را تضمين كند. هدف از اين تحقيق، ارزيابي ميزان رضايتمندي جوامع روستايي از مكانيابي كاربريهاي پيشنهادي طرح هادي روستايي، در روستاهاي نمونه در شهرستان خواف است. روش تحقيق در اين مطالعه توصيفي- تحليلي است كه بخش عمده اي از دادههاي آن بر اساس مطالعات ميداني، از طريق پرسشنامه با حجم نمونه 253 نفر در 10 سكونتگاه روستايي كه از اجراي طرح هادي آنها 10 سال مي گذرد، صورت گرفته است. روايي ظاهري پرسشنامه توسط كارشناسان تأييد شد و پايايي آن با انجام پيش آزمون و تحليل داده هاي پرسشنامه مذكور و محاسبه ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ (0/854) مورد تأييد قرار گرفت. تجزيه و تحليل داده ها با نرم افزار اس پي اس اس و تهيه نقشه ها با استفاده از نرم افزار سامانه اطلاعات جغرافيايي، انجام شده است. يافته هاي تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه مكان يابي كاربري هاي پيشنهادي در طرح هاي هادي از نظر تناسب با نيازهاي جوامع روستايي، با نيازهاي كالبدي و اكولوژيك هم خواني دارد و مي توان گفت كه در اين ابعاد، روستاييان بيشترين اظهار رضايت را از اجراي طرح كاربري هاي پيشنهادي داشته اند. در مقابل نيز مقدار آماره t براي ابعاد اجتماعي و اقتصادي به ترتيب برابر با 3/098- و 2/723- است، كه نشان مي دهد به شاخص هاي اجتماعي و اقتصادي در تهيه و اجراي طرح هاي هادي توجه چنداني صورت نگرفته است و مردم در اين زمينه كمترين ميزان رضايت را داشته اند.

Selecting sites for various uses is one of the final stages in land use planning. Given the fact that the favorable establishment of uses، which is influenced by a variety of factors، is the main reason that helps lower the costs، the site selection of land uses in Rural Development Plans should be able to maintain its favorable position over time with the minimum changes so as to ensure the sustainability of Rural Guidance Plans. The main goals of this paper is to assess the degree of satisfaction rural communities of the proposed sites in Rural Guidance Plans in sample villages of Khaf County. The data of the study، which drew on a descriptive-analytical method، were mainly gathered based on field studies and a questionnaire that was distributed among 253 subjects in 10 rural settlements، which had experienced Rural Guidance Plans about a decade ago. Face validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability by performing pre-test and analysis of the questionnaire data and the calculation of Cranach''s alpha coefficient (0.854) were approved. Research instrument is questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS software and ARC GIS software were used to assign weight to the indexes and prepare maps respectively. The results show that the proposed localization of User-conductor designs to fit the needs of rural communities، physical needs and is consistent with ecological. an‎d we can say that in this aspect، most villagers have expressed satisfaction with the implementation of the proposed use. In contrast، the base for the social and economic dimensions، respectively is -3.098 and -2.723. Indicates that the social and economic indicators in preparing and conducting projects in this area، little attention has been made and people have the lowest levels of satisfaction.
