نقش نظام حمل و نقل روستايي درتوسعه‌يافتگي اقتصادي نواحي روستايي (مطالعه موردي دهستان طاغنكوه شمالي)

The Role of Rural Transportation System in Economic Development of Rural Areas Case Study: Northern Taghankoh Rural District

در مناطق محروم سياست‌هاي حمل‌ و نقل نقشي حياتي در توسعه ايفا مي‌كند. برخي پژوهشگران دسترسي داشتن به نظام حمل ‌و نقل را يكي از مهم‌ترين عوامل كاهش انزواي روستاييان مي‌دانند. از اين‌رو قابليت دسترسي به نظام حمل ‌و نقل روستايي يكي از مؤلفه‌هاي مهمي است كه مي‌تواند در توسعه اقتصادي نواحي روستايي تأثير بسزايي داشته باشد. سعي پژهش كنوني بر اين است كه نشان دهد قابليت دسترسي به نظام حمل ‌و نقل روستايي چه تأثيرات اقتصادي مي‌تواند بر نواحي روستايي به همراه داشته باشد. در تحقيق حاضر 15 روستا و 367 نفر از ساكنان روستاهاي دهستان طاغنكوه شمالي انتخاب شده است. پس از تكميل پرسش‌نامه، داده‌هاي جمع‌آوري شده با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS و Arc-GIS ارزيابي شده است. شاخص‌هاي تحقيق شامل توانمندسازي اقتصادي، تحرك‌پذيري اقتصادي، افزايش درآمد و تنوع منابع درآمدي، متنوع شدن فعاليت‌هاي شغلي، افزايش ارزش زمين، كاهش هزينه‌هاي توليد و صرفه‌جويي در هزينه‌ها و افزايش سرمايه‌گذاري با منشا شهري است. نتايج تحقيق گوياي اين است كه شاخص كاهش هزينه‌هاي توليد و صرفه‌جويي در هزينه‌ها بيشترين تأثيرپذيري، و افزايش سرمايه‌گذاري با منشا شهري كمترين تأثيرپذيري از نظام حمل ‌و نقل روستايي را داشته است، همچنين از نظر تأثيرپذيري از نظام حمل ‌و نقل جاده‌اي روستاي صمان در بالاترين رتبه و روستاي احمديه در پايين‌ترين رتبه قرار گرفته است.

In areas where there is social deprivation, usually transportation policies play an important role. Some researchers have access to the transportation system is considered one of the most important factors in reducing rural isolation. Thus, access to rural transport system is one of the important factors that could have a significant impact on the economic development of rural areas. Therefore, the present study is to show the economic impact of access to rural transport system can have on rural areas. In the present study, 15 of rural managers and 367 of rural people selected from northern Taghankoh Rural District. After fill out the questionnaire, through SPSS and Arc-GIS software was used for analyze the data. Indicators of research include economic empowerment, economic mobility, increase income and diversify sources of income, diversification of business operations, increase the value of the land, reducing production costs and cost savings and increase investment in urban origin. The results of the study show that indicator reducing production costs and cost savings the greatest influence and increase investment in urban origin and increase investment in urban origin have been less sensitive to the rural transportation system. Sman village road transport system as well as the influence of the highest rank and Ahmadiyya village is located in the lowest rank.
