ضرورت جدّي توجه جامعه اطلاعاتي به مباني جامعه‌شناسي هشداردهي در عصر پسامدرن

The Necessity of the Serious Attention of the Information Society to the Foundations of Sociology of Warning in the Postmodern Age

زمينه و هدف: سازمان‌هاي اطلاعاتي كشورهاي درحال توسعه بايد به اين واقعيت پي‌ببرند عصري كه ما در آن قرار گرفتيم عصري پرآشوب و شوك‌هاي فراوان بر پيكر جامعه بوده و هر حرف، رفتار، عملكرد و حادثه‌اي مي‌تواند به يك آشوب فراگيري در جامعه تبديل شود و آسيبي به جامعه وارد نمايد. در چنين عصري دولت‌ها، به‌ويژه دولت‌هاي كشورهاي در حال توسعه و به‌ويژه خاورميانه و نيز جمهوري اسلامي براي ثبات و بقايشان در اولويت اول و نيز براي توسعه پايدار در اولويت دوم نيازمند قدرتي هوشمند مبتني بر يك گفتمان امنيتي موسع و ايجابي هستند. جامعه اطلاعاتي و امنيتي كشورها براي رسيدن به چنين قدرتي بايد مفاهيم زيادي را در مجموعه خود بازتعريف نمايد كه از آن‌جمله است: مفهوم قدرت، امنيت و جامعه. در اين مقاله تلاش شده است تا با نگاه انتقادي و پسامدرنيستي باب جديدي را پيشِ‌روي مخاطبان در تعريف جامعه، قدرت و امنيت باز نمايم. روش‌شناسي: روش تحقيق حاضر اسنادي و كتابخانه‌اي است. يافته‌ها و نتيجه‌گيري:‌ نگارنده بر اين اعتقاد است كه با بازتعريف اين مفاهيم، شاخص‌هاي جديدي وارد جمع‌آوري و تجزيه و تحليل اين نهادها خواهد شد كه با شاخص‌هاي قبلي تفاوت زيادي دارد. كليدواژه: جامعه، آشوب، غافلگيري، هشداردهي، مدرنيته و پسامدرنيته، اثر پروانه‌اي.

Intelligent organizations in developing countries should realize that the era in which we are experiencing is a turbulent age and a great deal of shock to society, and every word, behavior, performance, and incident can turn into an incongruent chaos in society, and a shock to Community. In this era, governments, especially the governments of developing countries, especially the Middle East and the Islamic Republic, are in the first priority for their stability and survival, and in the second priority for sustainable development, they need smart power based on a solid and positive security discourse. The countryʹs intelligence and security community needs to redefine many concepts in its collection, including: the concept of power, security and society. In this article, we try to open up a new chapter in critical and postmodernist perspectives as the advancement of audiences in the definition of society, power and security. The author believes that by redefining these concepts, new indicators will be included in the collection and analysis of these institutions, which will be very different from previous indices.
