بررسي نقش نشاط اجتماعي بر ميزان مشاركت روستائيان در طرح‌هاي توسعه روستايي (مطالعه موردي: دهستان بناجوي شرقي شهرستان بناب)

از آنجايي كه نيروي انساني به عنوان مهم‌ترين ركن توسعه محسوب مي‌شود بنابراين ميزان نشاط اجتماعي گذشته از تأثيرات جسماني كه بر وي دارد. موجب افزايش بازدهي نيروي كار از جمله از طريق مشاركت در روند برنامه‌ريزي توسعه روستايي مي‌شود. با توجه به اهميت نشاط اجتماعي، هدف پژوهش حاضر سنجش ميزان نشاط اجتماعي و بررسي تأثير آن بر ميزان تمايل روستائيان به مشاركت، در روستاهاي دهستان بناجوي شرقي از توابع شهرستان بناب مي‌باشد. نوع تحقيق كاربردي و روش بررسي آن توصيفي ـ تحليلي و همبستگي مي‌باشد. گردآوري داده‌ها به روش پيمايشي و با استفاده از پرسشنامه جامع آكسفورد پس از انجام آزمون پايايي استفاده صورت گرفته است. كه در آن با استفاده از نمونه‌گيري تصادفي از طريق فرمول كوكران 375 نفر به‌عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شده‌اند. نتايج حاصل از پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد كه همه روستاهاي مورد مطالعه از سطح پايين نشاط اجتماعي برخوردار هستند؛ بطوريكه كاربرد تكنيك تحليل عاملي بيانگر بيشترين تاثيرگذاري عامل اول (شامل سيزده متغير: داشتن شور و شوق، احساس شادي و ...) بر مشاركت روستائيان مي‌باشد. همچنين نتايج حاصل از رگرسيون خطي، تأثير معنادار متغيرهاي مورد استفاده بر ميزان تمايل به مشاركت در روند توسعه روستايي را نشان مي‌دهد. بنابراين مي‌توان با برنامه‌ريزي و مشاوره به روستائيان در جهت افزايش ميزان نشاط اجتماعي، مشاركت آنان را در ميزان موفقيت طرح‌هاي عمراني افزايش داد.

The results of the survey data show that all the studied Villages have low levels of social vitality, as the application of actor analysis show the most effect of first factor (including thirteen variables: the passion, happiness, etc.) is on rural participation. As well as results of the regression analysis, the variables used meaningful effect the rate of participation in rural development process shows. Therefore, with planning and advice to farmers in order to increase their participation in social vitality, We can increase interest and success of development plans.
