تحليل جنسيتي عوامل مؤثر بر كاركرد اقتصادي زنان در فضاهاي روستايي (مطالعه موردي: دهستان بناب، شهرستان زنجان)

فعاليت‌هاي اقتصادي زنان روستايي در عرصه‌هاي گوناگون و شناسايي عوامل مؤثر بر كاركرد اقتصادي آنها در فرايند توسعه به عنوان يكي از دغدغه‌هاي اساسي بايستي مورد توجه سياست گذاران، برنامه‌ريزان و كارشناسان قرار گيرد. در همين راستا تحقيق حاضر به شناخت عوامل مؤثر بر كاركرد اقتصادي زنان روستايي پرداخته است. نوع پژوهش كاربردي و روش تحقيق به صورت توصيفي- تحليلي مبتني بر مشاهده، مصاحبه و پرسشنامه مي‌باشد. جامعه آماري تحقيق زنان روستايي دهستان بناب واقع در بخش مركزي، شهرستان زنجان مي‌باشد. با توجه به گستردگي منطقه مورد مطالعه و به منظور مطالعه دقيق، 9 روستا با استفاده از روش تصادفي ساده به عنوان روستاهاي مورد مطالعه انتخاب شدند كه در مجموع داراي 1403 خانوار مي‌باشند. با استفاده از فرمول كوكران حجم نمونه به منظور پاسخ دهي به پرسشنامه 300 نفر به دست آمد. روش جمع‌آوري اطلاعات كتابخانه‌اي و ميداني و ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات مصاحبه و پرسش نامه مي‌باشد، پرسشنامه اساساً از سؤالات بسته و با پاسخ‌هايي در طيف ليكرت پنج مقياس تشكيل شده است. جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از دو روش آمار توصيفي (ميانگين و انحراف معيار) و استنباطي استفاده شده است. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد، كاركرد اقتصادي زنان در محدوده مطالعه در وضعيت مطلوبي قرار ندارد و عوامل سن، مالكيت اراضي، تحصيلات و تعداد فرزندان با كاركرد اقتصادي زنان داراي رابطه معناداري مي‌باشند.

The economic activities of rural women in various fields and identifying affecting factors on their economic function in the development process should be considered as one of the major concerns of policy makers, planners and experts. In the same approach, existing study is devoted to identify affecting factors on rural women's economic function. The type of research is applied research and research method is analytical-descriptive and observation, interviews and questionnaires base. The Statistical population is the rural households of Bonab County located in the central part of the Zanjan Township. According to the 1390 census, the village has 3843 households and 13643 people. Due to the extent of the area and to exact study, 9 villages with 1403 families with simple random method selected as the cases of study. Using Cochran's formula, sample size was 300 households. Data collection methods Library and field and instruments for gathering information are interviews and questionnaires. Questionnaires basically formed closed questions whit answers in Likert five scale. To analyze the data, the descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics methods were used. The results show that the economic function of women in the area of study is not in good condition. and age, water or homebred land and garden ownership, education and number of children have a meaningful relationship with women's economic function.
