Strategic Management and Planning of Sustainable Tourism Development of Kerman Province with Emphasis on Tourism of Desert Shahdad

تحقيق حاضر با تاكيد بر رويكرد برنامه ريزي راهبردي، درصدد تدوين راهبردهاي اجرايي و مؤثر به منظور توسعه پايدار صنعت گردشگري منطقه كوير شهداد ميباشد. اين منطقه به دليل دارا بودن قابليتها و منابع ارزشمند خود، توانايي تبديل به جاذبههاي گردشگري را دارد و با برنامه ريزي دقيق و كارآمد ميتواند به عنوان قطب گردشگري در كشور معرفي شود. در اين راستا، رويكرد برنامه ريزي راهبردي قادر به تبديل منابع منطقه به جاذبه ها و فعاليتهاي گردشگري است و در نتيجه اثرات بالقوه مثبتي از جمله افزايش اشتغال، افزايش سطح رفاه اجتماعي مردم منطقه، حفظ و توسعه منابع موجود، منابع تاريخي و طبيعي منطقه را خواهد داشت. در گام نخست، مصاحبه و نظرخواهي از طريق پرسشنامه از كارشناسان، مسئولين و مديران حوزه گردشگري در منطقه كوير شهداد انجام شد. در گام دوم با استفاده از تكنيك تحليل محتوا و تحليل SWOT كه يك جهتگيري راهبردي است، دادهها و اطلاعات تحليل ميشود، سپس با استفاده از ماتريس ارزيابي داخلي و خارجي IE جهت شناسايي اثرات مورد انتظار منطقه و ماتريس برنامه ريزي استراتژيك كمي QSPM راهبردهاي توسعه صنعت گردشگري منطقه كوير شهداد طبقه بندي و اولويت‌بندي ميشود. نتايج حاصل از بررسيها و محاسبات نمايانگر آن است كه اين منطقه در بخش گردشگري در محيط خارجي با فرصت و در محيط داخلي با قدرت روبرو است. بنابراين اين قابليت بسيار بالايي را جهت توسعه و ارتقاي ظرفيتهاي گردشگري خود براي تبديل شدن به يك مقصد گردشگري توسعه يافته دارد.

The present research, with emphasis on strategic planning approach, seeks to elaborate executive strategies and Effective for sustainable development of tourism industry of Kavir Shahdad. Due to its capabilities and valuable resources, this region has the ability to turn into tourist attractions and with accurate and efficient planning, it can be introduced as a tourist destination in the country. In this regard, the strategic planning approach is able to turn the region's resources into attractions and tourism activities. As a result, there are potential positive effects, including increased employment, increased social welfare of the people of the region, Preserving and developing existing resources, historical and natural resources of the region. In the first step, interviews and surveys were carried out through a questionnaire from experts, officials and administrators of the tourism sector in Kahir Shahdad area. In the second step, data and information are analyzed using content analysis and SWOT analysis, which is a strategic orientation. Then, using the external and internal evaluation matrix to identify the expected impacts of the region Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix QSPM is classified and prioritized tourism development strategies of Kavir Shahdad Area The results of the surveys and calculations show that the region faces the opportunity for the tourism sector in the external environment with the opportunity and the internal environment. Therefore, it has a very high capacity to develop and enhance its tourism capacity to become a developed tourism destination.
