The role and effect of free zones in Iranian economy with emphasis on Chabahar Free Zone in order to provide a trans-regional model for Iranian economy

مناطق آزاد فارغ از پيچيدگي­ هاي دست و پاگير بوروكراتيك و نيز تعرفه‌ها و قوانين و مقررات سخت‌گيرانه تجاري و سياسي نقش مهمي در نقل و انتقال كالا و تكنولوژي در دنياي اقتصاد بازي مي­كنند. سؤال اصلي مقاله اين است كه به طور كلي مناطق آزاد و به ويژه منطقه آزاد چابهار در اقتصاد ايران چه اهميتي دارند و اينكه چگونه مي­توان با استفاده از اين مناطق به مدلي فرا منطقه ­اي براي اقتصاد ايران نائل آمد؟ مناطق آزاد در ايران و به طور خاص منطقه آزاد چابهار با مديريت هوشمند و آگاهانه و قانون‌گذاري كارآمد و پيشرفت گرا خواهند توانست هم زمينه مشاركت ايران را در اقتصاد جهاني از طريق صادرات توليدات داخل را فراهم آورند و هم اينكه با تأمين نيازهاي وارداتي كشور به ويژه در حوزه تكنولوژي ايران را به قدرتي اقتصادي در سطح اقتصاد جهاني تبديل نمايند. منطقه آزاد چابهار با پوشش دادن دو كشور افغانستان و پاكستان و نيز منطقه قفقاز و آسياي ميانه مي­تواند سكوي رشد اقتصادي منطقه شرق كشور باشد و توجه بازيگران اقتصادي منطقه ­اي و بين المللي را به معطوف به ايران نمايد. با توجه به اين مقدمه در اين مقاله تلاش خواهد شد با استفاده از منابع كتابخانه ­اي و نيز مقالات علمي و پژوهشي به تحليل و تبيين موضوع نقش و تأثير مناطق آزاد در اقتصاد ايران با تأكيد بر منطقه آزاد چابهار با تلاش براي ارائه مدلي فرا منطقه­اي براي اقتصاد ايران پرداخته ­شود.

Chabahar Free Zone covering Afghanistan and Pakistan as well as the caucasus and central Asia region can be the platform for economic growth in the eastern part of the country and pay attention to regional and international economic actors in Iran. given this introduction, this paper will attempt using library resources as well as scientific and research articles to analyze and explain the role and influence of free zones in Iran's economy emphasizing the free area of Chabahar by trying to provide a trans-regional model for Iran's economy.
