نقد ديدگاه لوگزنبرگ دربارة سُرياني بودن خط قرآن در نگارش نخستين

Critical review of Luxenburg’s standpoint that the early versions of the Holy Qur’an had been written in Syriac characters

خاورشناسان در پژوهش‌هاي خود در اصالت قرآن از زواياي گوناگون، ترديد كرده‌اند. در اين ميان، كتاب «قرائت آرامي- سرياني قرآن» اثر لوگزنبرگ نيز با ادعاي نگارش نسخه‌هاي اوليه قرآن به خط سرياني، تلاش دارد تا اصالت قرآن را خدشه دار سازد. بر اين اساس، وي وجود خط عربي را در زمان نزول قرآن، انكار مي­كند و پيدايش آن را به قرن‌هاي بعد نسبت مي­دهد. هرچند نقل شفاهي قرآن، جايي براي ترديد در اصالت قرآن باقي نمي‌گذارد، اين مقاله تلاش دارد تا به نقدِ تحليلي جزئيات ادعاي لوگزنبرگ بپردازد، از اين رو به مسئلة استقلال هويت خط عربي به هنگام نزول قرآن نيز توجه كرده است.

Orientalists, have raised doubts about the authenticity of the Holy Quran from different angles in their researches. One of them is the book: "the Syro-Aramaic reading of the Holy Qur@n", written by Luxenburg. The writer seeks undermining the authenticity of the Holy Quran with the claim that early versions of it had been written in Syriac characters. Accordingly, the writer denies the existence of Arabic characters at the time when the Holy Qur'an was sent down. He ascribes the appearance of Arabic characters to the later centuries. Although the transmission of the Holy Qur’an by word of mouth dispels any doubts about its authenticity, the writer of this article tries to analytically criticize the details of Luxenburg’s claims. Besides, the independent identity of the Arabic characters at the time when the Holy Qur'an was sent down, has also been taken into consideration.
