Experiential Family Therapy: Review Study

مقاله حاضر مروري بر تاريخچه، زادگاه نظري و تجربي خانواده درماني تجربه اي، اصول و اساس آن، بررسي درمان ارتباطي تجربه اي ستير و شباهت آن با درمان هاي پويشي و تجربه اي و مداخلات و نقش درمانگر تجربه اي در درمان مي باشد. روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع مروري و در برگيرنده مقالات و مطالعات كاربردي درمان ستير و بررسي اثر بخشي آن ها و آخرين تجديد نظرها در ارتباط با اين نوع درمان است. در اين مقاله مشخص شد كه رويكرد درماني ستير، بيش از ساير رويكرد هاي درماني بر سبك هاي ارتباط، بيان احساسات، آزادي و عشق تاكيد دارد، و هدفي جز رشد و تحول فردي و رسيدن به انسجام ندارد. البته اين هدف مهارت و شجاعت درمانگر را مي طلبد و طبعا مستلزم آگاهي و خودشناسي انسجامي بالا يا همترازي در درمانگران اين رويكرد است.

This article is a review of the history، theoretical and empirical birthplace of experiential family therapy، its principles، the study of Satir communication experiential therapy، the similarity of this therapy with experiential Dynamic therapies and the role of a therapist in this treatment. The method of the present study is a review and it includes articles and applied studies of treatment and their effectiveness and the latest revisions related to this type of treatment. In this paper، it was found that Satir experiential therapy emphasizes on communication styles، expressions of emotion، freedom and love more than other therapeutic approaches، and it aimed to integration and evolution of person. this goal requires the therapist's skill and courage، and it requires a high level of self-awareness and integrative self-knowledge or the alignment of therapists.
