ارتباط سرمايه اجتماعي و گرايش به عفو و بخشش با سلامت روان در بين شهروندان

سلامت روان و شناخت شيوه هاي ارتقاي آن يكي از موضوعات مهم سلامت همگاني است و اساسي ترين جزء رفاه اجتماعي بوده كه سرمايه اجتماعي و گرايش به عفو و بخشش از متغير هاي مهم تاثيرگذار در بهزيستي و سلامت جامعه است. اين مطالعه با هدف بررسي ارتباط بين سرمايه اجتماعي و گرايش به عفو و بخشش با سلامت روان در شهروندان ساكن شهرستان فامنين صورت گرفت. پژوهش حاضر توصيفي از نوع همبستگي بود. اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامه سرمايه اجتماعي، گرايش به عفو و بخشش و پرسشنامه استاندارد سلامت عمومي گردآوري شد. نمونه 197 نفر از شهروندان شهرستان فامنين بوده كه به روش نمونه گيري خوشه اي چند مرحله اي انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات جمع آوري شده با استفاده از 16 spss تحليل و اين نتايج حاصل شد: بين انسجام اجتماعي(r=0/31 p>0/000)، اعتماد اجتماعي( r=0/25 p>0/000 )، حمايت اجتماعي(r=0/22 p>0/05 ) و همبستگي اجتماعي(r=0/30 p>0/000 ) از مولفه هاي سرمايه اجتماعي رابطه معنادار و مستقيم وجود داشت و بين سلامت روان با شبكه روابط اجتماعي(1=0/30 p>0/7 ) و كنترل اجتماعي(1=0/03 p>0/06) از مولفه هاي سرمايه اجتماعي رابطه معناداري مشاهده نشد و سلامت روان با هر دو مولفه بخشش به خود(r=0/29 p>0/000 ) و بخشش به ديگران(1=0/19 p>0/05 ) از مولفه هاي گرايش به عفو و بخشش رابطه معنادار و مستقيم دارد. همچنين نتايج نشان داد كه سرمايه اجتماعي و گرايش به عفو و بخشش 26 درصد از واريانس سلامت روان را پيش بيني مي كند. بنابراين ايجاد شرايط مناسب جهت مشاركت هاي اجتماعي بيشتر، ايجاد اعتماد عمومي و اعمال مراقبت ها و حمايت هاي عاطفي، رواني و اجتماعي بيشتر در خصوص شهروندان در جهت ارتقاي سلامت روان آنها اقدامي لازم به نظر مي رسد.

The information collected and analyzed using spss 16 and these results were: Between the components of social cohesion (31/0 = r، 000/0> p)، social trust (25/0 = r، 000/0> p)، social protection (22/0 = r، 05/0> p) and social cohesion (30/0 = r، 000/0> p) of social capital and significant relationship between mental health and social networking (03/0 = r، 7/0> p) and social control (07 / 0 = r، 06/0> p) there was no significant component of social capital and mental health of both your forgiveness component (29/0 = r، 000/0> p) and forgiveness to others (19/0 = r، 05/0> p) component tends to be a significant relationship Forgiveness and direct. The results showed that social capital and the tendency to forgiveness predicts that 26 percent of the variance in mental health. So create more appropriate conditions for social participation، create public trust and care and social، psychological and emotional support for more regarding the citizens to promote the necessary action to their mental health.
