بررسي و شناسايي عناصر مهم و مؤثر در ارزيابي كيفيت زيبايي‌شناختي انواع سيماي سرزمين

Investigation and identifying of the important and effective elements for visual quality assessment of different landscape types

با توجه به محدوديت‌ها و پتانسيل اكوسيستم‌هاي سرزمين، يكپارچگي و روابط اكولوژيك بين اجزاي مختلف آن به خاطر تشديد فعاليت‌هاي غير منطقي انسان به شدت آسيب‌پذير به نظر مي‌رسد. بنابراين جهت حفظ يكپارچگي و تعادل اكوسيستم‌ها و همچنين دست­يابي به توسعه پايدار ضروري است در طرح‌ريزي و برنامه‌ريزي سرزمين جنبه‌هاي مختلف محيط­زيست از جمله كيفيت زيبايي‌شناختي سيماهاي آن مورد توجه و تأكيد قرار گيرد. در ارزيابي كيفيت زيبايي‌شناختي سيماهاي يك قطعه از سرزمين شناسايي و مطالعه عناصر مهم و تأثيرگذار بر كيفيت آن لازم و ضروري به نظر مي‌رسد. در مطالعه‌ حاضر با مدنظر قرار دادن بررسي و شناسايي عناصر مهم در ارزيابي كيفيت زيبايي‌شناختي انواع سيماي سرزمين، ويژگي‌ها و معيارهاي زيبايي‌شناختي مورد استفاده در مطالعات و مستندات گذشته مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. پس از آن، عناصر مهم و تأثيرگذار سرزمين از جنبه‌هاي مختلف اكولوژيكي، اقتصادي - اجتماعي و بصري در ارزيابي كيفيت زيبايي‌شناختي سيماهاي شهري، جنگلي، كشاورزي، ساحلي، دشتي و كوهستاني شناسايي شدند. بر اساس عناصر و معيارهاي شناسايي شده، تجزيه و تحليل كيفي در رابطه با هر يك از سيماهاي سرزمين صورت پذيرفت. اين مطالعه نشان داد كه شناخت و آگاهي در مورد عناصر محيط ­زيستي و بصري تأثير گذار است و خصوصيات آن‌ها مي­ تواند در ارزيابي كيفيت بصري سيماي سرزمين كمك كننده بوده و موجب تسهيل در روند آن شود.

Due to limitations and potential of land ecosystems، ecological integrity and interactions between the various components of land show vulnerable because of the escalation of irrational human activities. So، it is essential that different environmental aspects such as landscape aesthetic quality be considered in landscape management and planning in order to preserve integrity and balance of ecosystems as well as to achieve sustainable development. Also، it seems necessary to identify and study the important elements affecting quality and aesthetic aspects of landscape in visual quality assessment process. In this study، considering the review and identification of important elements in visual quality assessment of landscape، aesthetic criteria and characteristics were examined based on scientific studies and existing documents. After that، the important and effective elements identified about the various ecological، socio-economic and aesthetic aspects in the visual quality assessment of urban، forest، agriculture، coastal، desert and mountain landscapes. The qualitative analysis was performed in relation to each of the landscapes according to the identified elements and components. This study showed that understanding and awareness of the effective environmental and visual elements and their properties can be helpful in visual quality assessment of different landscape types and it will facilitate its process
