بررسي نحوه برنامه ريزي و مديريت پاركها با تاكيد بر توسعه پايدار (نمونه موردي پارك بوستان گفتگو – تهران)

Investigation Planning and Management of parks with emphasize on Sustainable Development

هدف از انجام اين تحقيق بررسي نحوه برنامه ريزي و مديريت پاركها با تاكيد بر توسعه پايدار(نمونه موردي بوستان گفتگو – تهران) مي ­باشد به همين منظور نحوه برنامه ريزي و مديريت پارك بوستان گفتگو مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. شناسايي نقاط قوت،ضعف ، فرصت ها وتهديد هاي موجود بوستان گفتگوبااستفاده از ابزار SWOT انجام شد.جامعه و نمونه آماري مورد مطالعه در تحقيق مديران،كارشناسان،كارمندان و پرسنل اداري و پيمانكاران از مجموعه بوستان گفتگو با استفاده از فرمول كوكران انتخاب شدند.تعداد100 پرسشنامه تعداد بين مديران،كارشناسان،كارمندان بخش اداري و پيمانكاران بوستان توزيع و نظر خواهي شد . سپس فرضيه هاي تحقيق مورد بررسي قرارگرفت تا ارتباط معني دار بر روي متغير ها مشخص شود. نتيجه حاصل از تجزيه و تحليل آماري اطلاعات نشان مي دهد :فرضيه شماره 1 تحقيق "برنامه ريزي در منابع انساني به ارتقا بهينه پارك بوستان گفتگو كمك مي كند"با محاسبه فراواني درصدي،محاسبه آزمون پيرسون ،وجود تفاوت معني دار بين سوالات تاييد و فرضيه اثبات شد. فرضيه شماره 2 تحقيق-"مديريت در نحوه مصرف آب،انرژي،نوع پوشش گياهي و خاك در ارتقا بهينه بوستان تاثير گذار است."با محاسبه فراواني درصدي،محاسبه آزمون پيرسون،وجود تفاوت معني دار بين سوالات تاييد و فرضيه اثبات تاييد شد. فرضيه شماره 3 تحقيق-"نظارت، هدايت و كنترل مستمردر تامين منابع،امكانات، به ارتقابوستان گفتگو كمك مي كند."با محاسبه فراواني درصدي،محاسبه آزمون پيرسون ،وجود تفاوت معني دار بين سوالات تاييد و فرضيه اثبات شد. فرضيه شماره 4 تحقيق-"نحوه مديريت و نظارت ،به توسعه ارتقا جسمي و رواني شهروندان و جذب توريست مي انجامد."با محاسبه فراواني درصدي،محاسبه آزمون پيرسون ،وجود تفاوت معني دار بين سوالات تاييد و فرضيه اثبات شد.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the planning and management of parks with an emphasis on sustainable development (case study of Boostan Dialog-Tehran). Therefore، planning and management of the park was discussed. The identification of the strengths، weaknesses، opportunities and threats of the existing discussions was carried out using the SWOT tool. The community and the statistical sample were selected in the research of managers، experts، employees and administrative staff and contractors from the boostan talks using Cochran formula. 100 questionnaires the number of managers، experts، administrative staff and contractors will be distributed and reviewed. Then، the research hypotheses were examined to determine the meaningful relationship between the variables. The result of the statistical analysis of the data shows that hypothesis 1 contributes to the "Planning in human resources to optimize the boosting park of conversation" by calculating the percentage frequency، calculating the Pearson test، there is a significant difference between the confirmation questions and the hypothesis Proven. Hypothesis 2 of the research - "Management in the manner of water use، energy، vegetation type and soil is effective in optimizing the boostan." By calculating the percentage frequency، calculating the Pearson test، there was a significant difference between the confirmation questions and the hypothesis of confirmation. Hypothesis 3 of the research- "Supervision، guidance، and control of a resource-resource teacher، facilities، helps educate the conversation." By calculating the percentage frequency، calculating the Pearson test، there was a significant difference between the confirmation questions and the hypothesis. Hypothesis 4 of the research، "The way of management and supervision، develops the physical and psychological upgrading of citizens and attracts tourists."
