ارزيابي و مدل‌سازي الگوي رشد شهري در شهر پيرانشهر

(ANALYZING an‎d MODELLING URBAN GROWTH PATTERN IN PIRANHA CITY(1984-2013

هدف اصلي پژوهش حاضر، ارزيابي و تحليل نقش معيارهاي مؤثر در توسعه فيزيكي ناموزون شهر پيرانشهر و اثرات زيست محيطي آن بر نواحي پيراموني بر شكل­ گيري سكونت­گاه­ هاي غيررسمي در مناطق حاشيه شهر است كه با بررسي الگوهاي فضايي ـ زماني و فرآيندهاي رشد شهري پيرانشهر از سال­هاي 63 تا 93 مي ­باشد. بنابراين با استفاده از تصاوير ماهواره ­اي سنجش از راه دور، GIS، معيارهاي فضايي و مدل رگرسيون لجستيك در نرم ­افزار ادريسي به­ منظور بررسي مجموعه­ اي از 13 معيار انتخاب شده جهت آشكار ساختن الگوهاي پويايي رشد شهري در منطقه مورد مطالعه استفاده شده است. در واقع تحقيق حاضر در جهت پاسخ به اين فرضيه كه تغييرات كاربري اراضي كشاورزي روستاي شين­ آباد و الحاق آن متأثر از گسترش كالبدي فضايي پيرانشهر بوده، شكل گرفته است. در نهايت يافته ­ها نشانگر آن است كه اگر چه روستاي "شين­ آباد" به شهر پيوسته است و اكنون يكي از نواحي آن محسوب مي­ شود، اما شهر رشد اسپرال نداشته است و گسترش شهر عمدتاً هماهنگ با افزايش جمعيت شهري ناشي از مهاجرت ­هاي پي در پي در طول چند دهه­ اخير بوده است؛ اما سكونت­گاه­ هاي غيررسمي زيادي در حواشي اتصال بين شهر روستا شكل گرفته ­اند.
